I enjoyed my stay, my only complaints are they could be more thorough when cleaning between guests. There was a used rag in the shower, and the body wash hadn’t been refilled.

I had an overall pleasant experience, which is why I'm giving it four stars. The location is fantastic, with the uptown area and sports arenas within walking distance, making it ideal for city's vibrant scene. However, I wouldn't recommend it for family trips due to the lack of amenities for children—there's no pool or spa, which might be a letdown for families. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, although it was the same every day, which could become monotonous during a longer stay. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel's prime location and clean, comfortable rooms make it a great choice for travelers looking to experience the city's highlights.

The staff were nice but need more training on customer interaction. They were kids which is understandable but communication (“Hello! How are you?” Instead of: “Valet?”) was lacking. We asked for two things to be adjusted like a tray for the coffeemaker or the electric blinds to be fixed to which they responded but never followed through completely.
They took their smoke breaks in front of the property and the overnight valet was sleeping in the bar which was closed.
I get it but more training would be necessary for a better impression. Overall the property was clean and quiet.

It was a clean, modern, friendly hotel close to the spectrum center and other nice restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the roominess and the convenience!

You are basically paying for the bed and bathroom, there’s nothing else to it, no one comes and clean your room, they don’t have one bottle of water or anything; this kind of places are the best representation of customer service now days…non existent. Bad for the money you pay a night, you pay for location pretty much
