It's an ordinary hotel with nothing special. Every service at the front desk is very good, especially the older waiter who worked the night shift on the first night. He is very kind and friendly.

The room is big and clean. It's right on the Loughborough University campus. There is a TV showing football games in the lobby downstairs. The office conditions are also very good. You can use the school's sports grounds. I like it very much.

No hot water for a shower in the morning, only heat source in the room was a radiator, television did not work and there was no food available outside of the service times that you had to pre book for. Not great and will not stay again.

Really outstanding stay! I can highly recommend. A huge thank you to V, Toby, and all the amazing team who made the stay such a pleasure. From the time I made the booking until the time I left at 04.45 this am I enjoyed every moment of this stay. It was made really special by the inspirational atmosphere and such positivity amongst the team.

The food was ok, but breakfast was overcooked. We found the bed too hard for our liking, but that could be just us. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel could do with more staff. We had to wait for five minutes to check in because there was no one at reception.

Expected more due to the high cost.
My stay was disappointing. The price was high and I was expecting more.
The staff & customer service was excellent.
Staff helped me with bags to my room and the room location was very near the room.
It was not an accessible room
I did not bring my scooter from the car.
I would say it was more of a hostel booking with individual rooms not shared rooms.
Breakfast was self service.
