Arrivée tardive, nous avions réservé une chambre pour mon anniversaire, étant fatigués l’hôte nous a même proposé une tisane ce que j’ai trouvé très gentil et rare en terme d’accueil comparé à d’autres hôtels. La chambre était parfaite: totalement rénovée, lit très confortable et vue sur la cathédrale magnifique. Encore merci pour la petite attention à toute votre équipe très sympathique au demeurant, ainsi qu’à la réponse efficace et professionnelle de votre responsable suite à ma réclamation des petits déjeuners Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir très vite

Hôtel très bien situé à 5 min à pied de la cathédrale. Nous avons découvert une chambre correcte mais pas digne d'un 4 étoiles de chez Mercure, personnellement je lui en donnerai trois. Nous étions dans la chambre 121 dans laquelle il y a de nombreux coups au mur très disgracieux et un matelas qui a vécu. Concernant la salle de bain, effarant, des joints autour de la douche noircit par le temps, une bonde grisonnante et une porte de douche qui se ferme difficilement. Je vous passe la qualité des serviettes qui meriteraient d'être changées. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. Un petit déjeuner buffet très bien achalandé et avec un personnel au pdj très serviaable. A la personne de l'hôtel qui lira ce message, je suis membre du programme ACCOR et du coup j'en fait pas mal, je m'attendais à une procédure plus à l'écoute. J'ai informé dès mon arrivée de la qualité de la chambre, je l'ai également fait au départ.. Pas ou peu de considération, dommage... j'espère que vos autres chambres sont de meilleures qualités.

The Mercure Chartres is ideally placed for walking round the town near the cathedral. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was also good. Sadly the room was small and stuffy. It had air conditioning but you can’t set it lower than 21 c. The beds were 2ft 6 in singles. I would expect more for £150 per night

A quick stop on the way to Paris that was wonderful. The Mercure is located centrally and we were able to see the light shows around town. The people at the Mercure were helpful, friendly and very efficient. Would stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé Dommage pas de parking il faut se garer au parking de la ville à 300 mètres Paye de 13h30 au lendemain 9h40 : 18 euros Chambre propre petit déjeuner avec choix Personnel très agréable proposé des repas à réchauffer pour manger sur place

Ottimo hotel in posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla cattedrale di Chartres. Personale disponibile e gentile, al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni possibili, mappa della città, percorso di luci notturni alle principali attrazioni della città, abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'elenco dei ristoranti da loro consigliati divisi per tipologia di cucina. Le camere sono ampie confortevoli e pulite.
