Very kind and helpful staffs at the hotel. Overall satisfaction is high. The room is very clean and comfortable, yet just a bit too dim for overall lighting, hope to have more lights in the room. The club service was really good, love the idea that customers could enjoy refreshments for free almost throughout the day. There’s a high chance of me staying there again, if I would like to have a quiet time during my trip.

Nice and quiet location near American Village. I was assigned a lower-floor harbour view room which looks over the carpark in front of the hotel. Hotel staff was kind to move me to a higher floor room at my request. Nice breakfast, comfortable room and decent facilities. Only thing to complain about is probably the gym (little equipment).

Awesome hotel

The hotel is strategically located within walking distance to the American Village. There are abundant dining, shopping and entertainment options nearby, and it is also pleasant to stroll along the beach. The hotel has a brilliant design, complete facilities, and well-maintained green plants. It is a small but exquisite masterpiece. The hotel provides free afternoon tea and happy hour, and various value-added services are impressive. The service staff has a good attitude and is eager to help. It is a hotel worth recommending to friends and staying in again.

Next to the Hilton, opposite is Ryukyu Beef, and there are many local hotels around. The specific location should be on the side of the American Village. Breakfast will be scheduled at a certain time, with a course set menu and semi-self-service. There are ice machines and laundry rooms on each floor, which is very convenient for family vacations. Please ignore the mess on the table in the room, but I really like this hotel.

The public area is very comfortable and quiet, and it feels like being wrapped in green plants. Not to mention the service! The only thing that needs to be improved is whether the opening hours of the gym can be adjusted, opening one hour earlier in the morning and closing one hour later in the evening. The current time is 8 am-8 pm. For a fitness enthusiast, it is too late in the morning and too early in the evening. It is best to be from 7 am to 9 pm. In short, it is a hotel worth a second visit.

A boutique hotel very close to American Village! Not very big but very well equipped! Breakfast, afternoon tea and drinks are all free! Much more cost-effective than the Hilton next door!

The hotel is very new and has a very nice environment. It is also very close to the American Village and the Hilton Hotel next door. A taxi to Naha Kokusai Street costs about 4,600 yen. The breakfast at the hotel is relatively simple, including set meals, hot ramen bread, etc. It's also very close to go out to sea to watch whales, just a 10-minute walk away.

Everything was perfect during this trip to Okinawa. I am satisfied with the hotel. It is different from large chains. The hotel is not very big, but the hardware facilities and services are very good 👍

The quilt was damp and wet. It was uncomfortable to live in. The room was also very small. It was not worth the price.

The front desk said that all rooms come with access to the club lounge, but I wish it would have been shown on the booking site.
