Ibis Châtellerault

Je suis venu à Chatellerault pour le travail et j’ai donc passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Établissement très bien entretenu. Façade en cours de rénovation. Chambres propres. Ma tv ne fonctionnait pas à mon arrivée. La très jolie et agréable jeune fille de l’accueil me l’a changé immédiatement. Malgré la route, ma chambre n’était pas bruyante du tout. Petit déjeuner varié et très convenable. Parking gratuit sur place Très bonne brasserie au rdc de l’hôtel Je recommande

Tres bien et le restaurant a côté trés bien aussi⁸

I'm used to ibises. The room is ibis compliant but yesterday's bread for breakfast is not normal! In the other ibises that I frequent regularly the bread is warm and crispy!

Comfortable hotel, large choice at breakfast. Brasserie Julien right next door in the hotel. Wide choice and attentive staff.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip. I am very disappointed because there were bed bugs in my room. I reported this to reception. I was eaten by bedbugs and had to spend my weekend when I got home disinfecting all my belongings so as not to bring them home. Very disappointing and above all it is very strange that the reception as well as the housekeeping service were surprised by my complaint because the room was infested with bedbugs and their blood stains were everywhere on the sheets which means in all the sheets and rooms. Too bad because I often booked in this chain. I'm not going to add the photos because I think they will do what is necessary and I don't want to make things worse for them but I will never go back to it

Very average hotel: heating in the room very noisy, small and poorly heated room, breakfast unworthy of an Ibis. Only the staff was very friendly and the room quite clean. Finally, the hotel is located on the edge of a road and a busy roundabout, therefore noisy because it is poorly soundproofed.
