Bâtiments très récents mais très mal insonorisé autant entre les chambres que vers l’extérieur. Sifflement inconfortable du chauffage même éteint.

Je ne connaissais pas cet hôtel mais j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.
Tout a été parfait
Rien à redire SAUF chambre 006, la télé se situe sur le côté du lit, pas top mais cela n’est un détail.

You can't ask for much from this hotel but for the price it's okay, you can sleep and wash. It seriously lacks air conditioning this summer but it's bearable if you have a room that is not exposed to the sun. You can't ask for much, there is nothing, but we are not bothered either. It is noisy because of the commercial area but as soon as everything closes it is quiet until 8am the next day.

Honnêtement, je ne sais même pas comment démarrer cet avis tant les émotions s'entrechoquent quand je repense à ce séjour.....un hôtel vétuste, un accueil glacial, et une chambre dans un état lamentable !! Des tâches sur les draps, sur les oreillers (des 2 côtés), des cheveux et des poils qui jonchent le sol... La salle de bains n'a probablement pas vu l'ombre d'un balai depuis bien trop longtemps... Je mets une note de 1 parce que TripAdvisor ne permet pas de mettre zéro, c'est pourtant ce que mériterait le Kyriad Direct de Châtellerault ! A fuir impérativement !!

Hötel vieillot, pas très propre et, comble de l'horreur, certains jours les chambres ne sont pas faites!!!! Quand on exprime notre étonnement à ce sujet à la réception, on vous répond (dans un français approximatif) que c'est comme ça!!! Comme si tout ça ne suffisait pas à éviter à tout prix cet établissement, il y a du bruit toute la nui, gens qui parlent fort sous les fenêtres, cavalcades dans l'escalier à 2H du matin...Le petit déjeuner, à un prix exorbitant, est plus que basique et les produits ne sont pas frais, les trois pauvres tranches de jambon son déssechées et la salade de fruits est moisie!!!! FUYEZ CET HOTEL
