OK bud I stayed for two days with no TV because it was not working

The bed was broken on the right hand side, and a towel had been used to bolster the broken part. The paint was chipping off the bathroom and toilet doors in chunks, the black mold on the bathroom ceiling had been attempted to be painted over, pipework in the bathroom and toilet was fully exposed, would look better being boxed in, when paying I was told they only accepted cash, I would have preferred paying by card

We did not have breakfast as we had to travel. Loved the location of the hotel. Amazing staff and I cannot thank them enough for looking after us. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends if they are looking for a hotel in the area.

The linen didn't seem to be very clean it was inside out and the pillows weren't so comfortable. The staff members were excellent and the breakfast was nice. Its quiet and cool atmosphere.

Property was very tired run down, hairdryer not working, shower was not fixed properly, grubby wanted decorating, bedside lights didn’t work, staff were good, breakfast ok , lift needed attention

Very clean and comfortable and plenty of parking although larger vans may struggle due to height restrictions
