The location is perfect if one has to get to the airport, & is not far away from downtown Chattanooga, The bed was comfortable, the facility clean, The room/kitchen had no coffeepot nor coffee/tea or dishes/pots/pans/silverware. Wake-up service was 20 minutes too early, kind of bad when one has to get up at 5 AM, It would be nice if there was something available to eat - a danish or something - for those who have to get up before breakfast is served. And, of course, if there was a coffeepot in the lobby so guests could enjoy it when needed. But the bed was comfy; everything was very clean.

The location was perfect if you have to reach the airport, and not far from downtown Chattanooga, the bed was comfortable, the facilities were clean. There was no coffee pot in the room / kitchen, no coffee / tea, dish / pot / frying pan / silverware. Morning call service is too early 20 minutes, a bit bad when you have to get up at 5 am, someone who has to get up before breakfast々it's good to have something to eat Hmm. Helpful. And of course, if you have a coffee pot in the lobby, guests can enjoy it as needed. But the bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean.

The best way to say this is clean and cheap.  The staff was nice, as was the room.  Not too many frills but that's what this is for a place.  Right off the interstate so nice location. Nice dining options around the hotel as well.
