I stay in Chattanooga quite a bit and I stay at many Hilton properties, Home2 Suites near Hamilton Place is a wonderful place to stay. It was exceptionally clean, the breakfast selection was good and the customer service was fabulous. I will definitely be back!

Bed was not clean. There was hair and food crumbs on the sheets! Front desk clerk was very nice and brought us some sheets. She said that she was the only one at the hotel so she couldn’t send anyone to change the sheets for us so we had to change our own bed!
Around 10pm after we had gone to bed, we started hearing someone running and jumping around in the room above us. We waited patiently for about an hour to see if they would settle down but finally had to call front desk and complain. Desk clerk said she would take care of it and after a few minutes the noise stopped. Didn’t get back to sleep until after midnight.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, the pool is ok. The room we had, had a king sized bed, and fridge, coffee maker. One can request a counter top skillet for cooking. They have two grills by the pool. They also have a breakfast that has bagels, toast, English muffins, cereal, granola, omelets that can be warmed up.

Everything was great! Nice big, clean room, comfy bed, friendly service...what more could you ask for! The pool was fun for the kids, and they have great loungers for the adults. We enjoyed the sitting area with fireplace outside too. Would recommend!

This is a nice hotel and fairly clean. The only issue is the pool is very small. It is only 4 feet deep— and tiny in comparison to the way it looks in the pictures.
