Disappointed ! The hotel is off the main road on a unpaved street, if you arrive at night, like we did, almost impossible to find. The GPS coordinate on Google are wrong, when you arrive at the roundabout, look at your right and you will see a small sign and a dirt road, drive up and you will find the hotel. Reception lady friendly, but took forever to check in, room big but very basic, Internet was not working and no phone in the room. After getting to our room, 111 we discover that only one towel was there and that we had no PW for the Internet (that later we find out was not working "connected without internet"), water was cold and shower was not draining.... . No phone in the room, so I had to dress up again and walk, quite a distance to the reception..... after 5 minutes they gave us a small towel and 2 bathrobes and they told us will send someone to fix the water/shower, it is now 11 pm, and honstly i would like to sleep but.... . A repair man arrived but problem not solved! In the morning water still cold and shower not draining. Breakfast was great (at least something good) but the property, potentially great, feels a bit run down.

We had no internet, no water, no TV. Due to the issues with water we were unable to take showers when we wanted and thus had to leave/check out to change hotels and shower.
Also there are no spa facilities or swimming pools (there were empty) we were told they don’t fill them until the summer.
Worst hotel experience to date.

One of the worst stays we had in Morocco. The whole Spa, swimming pool, hamam were closed! The room we got was below par! It was really small, outdated and had no facilities! Really disappointed, and won't be visiting again

Si c’était gratuit, j’aurais cru à une blague de mauvais goût… mais c’est malheureusement payant et excessivement cher. Le SPA du nom n’existe pas en réalité. Les piscines, quand elles sont remplies sont ultra sales. La peau de mes enfants s’en rappelle encore après seulement 10 minutes de baignades. Petit déjeuner de formule 1 les abeilles en prime. Restaurant pratiquant des prix d’un gastronomique, servant du réchauffé la gastro en bonus. Hygiène inexistante. Ce truc ne devrait pas s’appeler hôtel car il est même indigne d’un centre de réinsertion.

Pas SPA, malgré le nom. Piscines sans système de filtrage et insalubres. Elles devraient être interdites à la baignade. Restaurant infecte et très cher. Chambres dégoûtantes de saleté. Attention, ils ont créé plusieurs comptes pour esquiver les mauvais avis.

Dommage qu'en ayant tous ses atouts, le principal ne suive pas ! Les + : les chambres sont spacieuses avec une literie divine, une climatisation idéale et une salle d'eau à la hauteur... la vue sur chefchaouen est magnifique avec un emplacement idéal car à 10 mn en voiture ! Les piscines sont très sympa avec des transats et parasols en nombre : très agréable quand il fait chaud même si les teintures sont mises à rude épreuve... Les - : PAS DE SPA car le local dédié est à l'abandon ce qui est génant car le mot SPA est dans le nom de l'hôtel... Rien au petit déj pour les enfants ce qui est dommage quand on en a et les abeilles sont bien nourries ! Le restaurant propose une carte nouvelle tous les jours mais rien n'est disponible : il faut être patient car 1h30 d'attente pour être servi (heureusement que c'était très bon !), le pain est dur comme du bois car visiblement passer au micro-ondes donc Éviter le restaurant, il y en a des somptueux sur la place principal du village... Il y a du boulot pour arriver aux 5 étoiles !

Today i ordered tajine chicken with olives for lunch it was awful the same for roasted chicken and cesar salade. The chiken have no taste and they weren’t well cooked, the mojitos were prepared with cheap ingredients which is reflected in the tasteMoreover the stuff is not professional at all so i rate ur gastronomy 2/10 i will never eat there again.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux début juillet à cet hôtel . L'endroit est calme et spacieux, avec de grandes piscines. À moins de 10 minutes du centre-ville de Chefchaouen et à 25 minutes d'Akchour, l'emplacement est parfait. Le personnel est serviable et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui veulent profiter de bons moments
