Dilapidated room, the card system for parking and the room works every other time. The housekeeping staff kicked us out at 10:40 a.m. even though check out is 11 a.m.
The common areas are not very clean and the first floor stinks of cigarettes.
The stairs stink of urine, lack paint on the floor and wall and are really not clean at all.
The staff does not have a coherent discourse regarding the return of the deposit.
Breakfast quite expensive for the content, no cold meats, fruit, cheese.
Available croissant, paint, cereals, compote yogurt.
A minute's stop is missing to get the card for the room and parking.

We choose this residence because it was included in watado.tours' DisneyLand + Bed & breakfast offers. It is located in an intermediate zone between Disneyland and the centre of Paris, that's why we chose this one over the other residences. The hostal it's quite precarious in the interiors, but it's well equiped and has almost anything you need to spend the night and to take advantage of the day in Paris or Disneyland. On the other hand, we did not like at all the fact of having to pay a deposit of €85, which, once we are back at home back in my country, I still have no information about whether it will be returned or not. I recommend making a video of the room so, in case you are blamed for any damage or similar, you have proof of how the room was left. It's a pity, but you have to extrem the caution because they can keep the deposit with any excuse.. In general therms, i would recommend it because of the qualitys and the uneasiness of not knowing if your deposit will be returned, but the personal of the hostal was kind and everything else was ok.

Un hôtel à fuir la literie est horrible les couloirs sentent la drogue les lieux sont à fuir , des odeurs désagréable , le ménage n'est Pas fait l'état de l'hôtel est entièrement à revoir d urgence sans compter le bruit incessant c est vraiment une honte

Hygiène plus que déplorable, le ménage ne doit pas être fait très souvent, idem pour la literie.. Comme si cela ne suffisait pas, présence de drogue sur les lieux, ainsi qu'une forte odeur... Laisse plus qu'à désirer...

Je suis au regret de constater que l'état de propreté de l'hôtel laissait à désirer, que le personnel ne semblait pas gérer efficacement la situation, que certains résidents ne respectaient pas les règles internes et que les chambres présentaient des fuites d'eau. Cette situation est extrêmement déplorable et ne correspond pas aux normes attendues dans un établissement de cette catégorie. J'espère sincèrement que des mesures seront prises pour remédier à ces problèmes et améliorer la qualité du service offert aux clients. Par ailleurs, j'ai été consterné par l'absence de courtoisie de la directrice de l'établissement, dont le langage était inapproprié. Cela a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus désagréable. J'espère sincèrement que des mesures seront prises pour améliorer la qualité du service et l'attitude envers les clients de cet hôtel.

I only stayed for two nights before my flight but during that time I received really friendly service and was able to walk to anywhere in Chelles I needed to go. If you don't really feel like walking than there are a few restaurants right near bye. Good location, good accomodations.
