It is a shame the weather was not so great to make use of the decking outdoor space. Aircon is something all of our Suites have and when hot, and is really nice to have this luxury to come home to. Our Nespresso coffee machines are a great addition to our Suites, and as you have highlighted its a great "Pick me up in morning" after a great nights sleep. Highlighting our cleanliness and location which we are very centrally located as our other properties within the By Mansley group in London, Edinburgh and Inverness. Our limited parking spaces are an added bonus at a small fee to our offering and as you've rightly recommended as parking can be difficult in Cheltenham. Response from Property: Dear Amanda, Thank you for choosing Strozzi Palace again for another stay. We have started rolling our a change with mattress's, so it's great top get some feedback on the "Comfy bed" as you've highlighted. Our keyless entry system does indeed save a lot of bother and worry, as it's quite the norm of potentially losing keys when travelling. Washing up liquid, dish cloth and a tea towel is something we do supply in all rooms, so perhaps this is something we missed and if so, we can only apologise. Perhaps an internal discussion to see if we leave it out, visible for our guests to see. Look forward to having you back in the near future for another stay. Feedback like this really does help to highlight areas in which help train our staff in areas missed, and highlight its attention to detail that our guests pick-up on. It is a shame about the information not received about Strozzi Palace as I understand you booked your stay via Buy a Gift who in turn used ******* to book our accommodation. Something we do struggle with, with our 3rd party sourced bookings. We understand online travel agencies have a duty of care, with data protection, but knowing our property, how we operate, and having all the information, it could have simply been passed on to you or at least provide us with a contact telephone number of our guests. We do hope to see you return and or use our other properties within Mansley which are all centrally located in the following cities - London, Edinburgh, Inverness and soon to be York. It's always great to see our guests returning and anything we can do to accommodate an early check-in, we will always do our best to do so. Also, assistance with luggage is something we are always happy to help with, especially when it comes to our guests knowledge of our property being stair access only. A constant battle we have with 3rd party booking sites, is making sure our property information is highlighted to our guests which quite often is put in small print.
