First room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was fine but the hotel is kind of old and had lots of stains on the carpet and furniture, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

An old, beautiful and decent hotel. The door of the hotel is very small, but it does not affect the temperament of the hotel. The bathroom door is very old, but the water pipes and shower equipment are very good. The automatic heating of the towel hanger is very user-friendly. History is shown everywhere. The location is super good and it is convenient to go everywhere. Cheltenham is a beautiful place. I don't regret choosing the Queen's Hotel.

The location is very good, there is a big lawn in front of the door, there are two parks around it, it is very convenient to walk to the high street, and the chain French restaurant cute is also nearby. The hotel is in a classic style, a bit old, but acceptable.

The hotel is located in the center of the beautiful and quiet town of Chucktonham. It is only a 5-minute walk from Royalwell, the bus station 801 in Bourton-on-the-Water, but as a 4-star hotel, there is no porter to send luggage. Although the front desk staff are enthusiastic, they are less manned. Only one person checked in in the afternoon.

Extra bed is available for children, the room is large and very comfortable! Breakfast costs 17 pounds, but the a la carte dishes are definitely worth the price! The service is very good and it is walking distance to CLC and CC.

Great location. Facing Cheltenham's landmark park, international square, which is decorated with colorful flowers, it has a majestic exterior, a luxurious interior with thick carpets, and plenty of tea, drip coffee, and other amenities. The bed is fluffy and comfortable. Meals can also be served on the garden terrace. Atmosphere that bar was settled down. The hotel is recommended. Staying in Cheltenham

Very beautiful hotel, great location

Our stay started uncomfortably but ended very well. Staff were responsive to our difficulty with an over heated room and air conditioning not working. Facilities were good and we came away really refreshed.

Staff were amazing. Room was lovely & furnishings stylish. One downside was a constant humming sound with did initially hinder my sleep. I recall a lady saying the same when she checked out.

Great hotel on the outside, inside is mediocre. Beautiful for the history, but reality is it’s an old hotel. Creaky and the air con is patchy. Breakfast is shockingly bad. Expected more.
