Rooms were averagely maintained. Restaurant service was abysmal. While we waited patiently for food service, the restaurant chose to combine two dishes to one; for example if we ordered two portions of fried rice, they will combine and give a little larger portion than a single one and call it two portions, they did the same with kadai chicken too. When compared with a single portion (fried rice and kadai chicken) which we received at the beginning, you will know that they are taking you for a ride. Half our group had to walk out and have dinner outside. We had been at their restaurant for close to 2 hours. Room service is the same, you ask for coffee and it will never come. They will forget to give water to the rooms each day and when we call and ask for it (which they are supposed to provide each day, they will bill you. Won't go there again.

Location is very good but it’s far from city and the property is very old thus require repair, bathrooms were not clean

Not as good as expected, the outside ambiance is good. Bed sheet and pillow are very old and not clean due to lack of maintenance.

I've stayed here a few times and it wasn't as pleasing as before. But i still had a great time. I will visit again.
