This is nice basic motel if you don’t care about bells and whistles. It’s clean, comfortable and offers everything you could need during your stay. There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, makeup wipes, ironing board and the best water pressure in the shower I have ever had in a hotel.

We were here for 6 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We opted not to do any housekeeping, as it was very easy to get new towels and anything else we needed. The room was very clean, nice size and the shower was amazing. The most relaxing shower we have ever had in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the loveseat with ottoman was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and we loved the singing housekeeper, she made our day when she was there. Next time we come up to the finger lakes we will book this hotel again.

I stopped in Corning Town on the way to drive and found that the Hampton Inn, which is more than ten kilometers away from the town, was cheaper than the one in the city, so I booked it. All aspects of the hotel are quite satisfactory and impeccable. But the skin has red bumps, itchy skin is difficult to sleep, and there are suspected fleas in the room. I told the front desk when I checked out the next morning and hoped they would inform us of the results of the inspection so that we could take measures to prevent it, but did not receive any news, so did not give high marks.

Service is general, room facilities are old, especially air conditioning, very old and some places are rusty. The pillow is small and there is no long pillow. The bathroom is relatively clean, the coffee machine is small but not very clean. The room is not 13 square meters, it is bigger. Breakfast is really average and there is too little to eat. When eating, the waiter sprayed cleaning agents on the table next to the table, and felt very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Really nice hotel! Very cost-effective, warm, hygienic and clean. There is breakfast. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is enough for the nutritional needs of breakfast! I will choose this type of hotel when I travel in the future!

OOrnaThe hotel was full so there were many people at breakfast with no place to seat. Coffee machine didn’t have milk and the day after still didn’t have milk so couldn’t do my morning coffee.
Room wasn’t cleaned, only towels were changed and the bed was fixed, dirt and things on the carpet and floor were left untouched.
The room was big and condemnable. We did get a room with a connecting door and we could hear the other family in the room.
The stay was just ok.

Kkeh199Stayed for a quick night on my way to Seneca Lake the next day. During the current health situation, I was curious to see how certain things would be done and was pleased with how Marriott and this property's staff responded. Used the Marriott app on my phone to check in prior to arrival. Once I entered the hotel, there was ample signage to wear a mask, sanitize, and social distance. Greeted warmly and was asked to just verify my credit card on the reservation and was handed key packet, advised of breakfast in the morning and the pool/fitness center being closed, and sent on my way. Arrived in room, wiped everything down (for my peace of mind) and noticed the room in good order and everything looked cleaned. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning was mostly quiet, and noise level from surrounding rooms was not very noticeable (except the loud car driving through the lot outside). Hotel is located in a shopping center with Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Ulta, Dicks Sporting Goods, Kohls, and others. Close by to Target, Dunkin, Starbucks, and Panera Bread as well as the mall a short drive away with other restaurants. Quick on and off rte 17. Checked out by Marriott app, dropped keys in container near front desk and was on my way. Breakfast buffet was not available but there were bags available at desk in morning which included water, oranges, muffins, and granola bars. Keeping this hotel in mind the next time I need a quick stay for the area.

Mmwh191I stayed at this Quality Inn recently when traveling to Big Flats. I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and very comfortable, and extremely quiet. There was no traffic noise, or noise from other guests. The check-in and check-out were painless and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast was fine, with both hot and cold items. There are many chain restaurants in the area of the hotel, and readily accessible shopping areas nearby. I will stay here again when in the area.

Lots of dust, bathroom was filthy, i mean toilet seat had yellow dirt underneath from previous occupants using it, bath had builded dirt from the times being used and not cleaned. Pubic hairs at the toilet seat and bath, mirror- could barely see myself. Stayed there for two nights cause it was super cheap, but i guess with a reason! Never ever make my mistake to book a hotel without checking the reviews! I was on a hurry, but still! I was the only guest at the whole hotel! THE ONLY ONE! Wonder why! Place is kinda sketchy and as a solo traveler i was not scared, but on my toes all of the time. Receptionist lady was nice, but next morning after check in walked by my room randomly looking true my window at least 5 times. I don’t think there is breakfast, at least they didn’t make the effort for just me at the entire place. I wouldn’t eat there anyways, after the condition of the room. Stains on the chairs, room looked like it wasn’t renovate or deep cleaned ever! Sheets were fine, tv worked good. Never again tho!
