Stayed for two nights in a row. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The hotel is very hygienic. The rooms are clean and quiet. You can hang clothes. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. You can also park for free on the basement floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There are charging piles on the first underground floor, but they don't seem to be activated. We charged on the second underground floor of the building opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Taking a taxi to Kuanzhai Alley and Jinli costs more than 20 yuan, which saves you the trouble of parking. Breakfast was also good.

The uncle (boss/owner) of the hotel is extremely friendly, very welcoming and beyond helpful. Personally, I feel a five star hospitality here. I'm on airport transit, this hotel definitely is a choice for me. Cleanliness and room is above expectation. Value for money compare to other similar hotels.

If you have an early morning or late night flight, you cannot go wrong with Chengdu Holiday Inn! Leo at the front desk provided amazing service and answered all of our questions. There is a free shuttle bus you can call ahead to arrange for pick-up from the airport. Even landing at 1am, the shuttle driver was prompt in arriving! The hotel feels new and modern. And the room was spacious, bed was comfy, and had a hot shower to be ready for our 6am flight the next day. Thanks for an excellent stay, I hope next time we can stay longer!☺️
