The front desk lady was very helpful, and the hotel's location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and Chunxi Road subway station. The room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service, which is perfect for business travelers. There are also many great food options around the hotel. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even upgraded us to a superior room when we checked in. We had a very comfortable stay and they also recommended some excellent local restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of delicious options! They even gave us a May Day gift when we checked out. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

This was my first time staying at this hotel and the experience was fantastic. As soon as I walked in, the front desk attendant greeted me warmly, and check-in was incredibly fast. They even upgraded my room! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was really comfortable. Being on a high floor with double-glazed windows meant it was completely quiet. The breakfast was also excellent, with over a dozen fresh, stir-fried dishes, and the authentic Chengdu Dan Dan noodles were a highlight. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and even offers a laundry delivery service, and the clothes came back neatly folded, which was a nice touch! There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby. All in all, everything was perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The hotel’s location is relatively inconvenient. While it is close to the wholesale market and Wanda Plaza, it is quite a distance from most major attractions. Although taxis are easy to get, travel time to key spots typically takes at least 15 minutes or more. Breakfast is average. Room is spacious with good AC, water pressure, and lighting, but cleanliness is an issue. Visible stains and even traces of blood on the bedsheets—definitely not suitable for those sensitive to hygiene. Lobby staff are friendly, but the coffee machine is unreliable and often out of water.

I forgot to apply for the required materials for reimbursement on the day I left the store, and half a month later I reissued it remotely.
