Echarm Hotels in Chengdu

Located right next to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, it's very convenient for getting around and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was good too, with both Chinese and Western options. I accidentally left my room key on the table during breakfast, and a staff member found it and returned it to the front desk. I'm so grateful to have it back! Overall, a great experience.

Excellent location, right next to the subway station. The room was comfortable, smart and convenient, the service was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was abundant. The front desk staff were really friendly and even upgraded our room for free. This place offers incredible value for money! If you're coming to Chengdu, this is definitely the place to stay. I specifically chose the Yishang Hotel Kuanzhai Alley Jinxian Bridge Branch for my trip to Chengdu, and my entire stay exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. As soon as I entered, the front desk staff greeted me with smiles, offering meticulous and thoughtful service. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and provided a great night's sleep, and the lobby sofa area felt very relaxing. The hotel's laundry service was hassle-free; clothes were returned promptly after cleaning, and there were exclusive benefits on member days. The noodle breakfast in the morning was authentic and warming. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, making it my top choice for accommodation. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in the parking lot, just two or three minutes' walk from the roadside, so it is quite quiet; there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very close to the subway station, so transportation is also very convenient. The room is better than expected, and the service is also very good.

The hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops, meeting almost all needs. It's also very easy to get around. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly patient and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the breakfast offered a wide selection. My stay here left a great impression, and I'll definitely choose E-Shang again next time.

Check-in was straight forward. In a convenient location near the new century global center and SKP. Single elevator and complementary access to laundry machines were available. Room was reasonably clean, though shower cleanliness could be slightly improved.

The experience was beyond expectations, the room was spacious and clean, and the price-performance ratio was very high. The front desk service is enthusiastic and responsive, and you can feel that they are helping every guest with sincerity. I forgot to apply for the required materials for reimbursement on the day I left the store, and half a month later I reissued it remotely. The lady at the front desk was still very enthusiastic, thank you very much!
