The room is very nice, the store decoration tastes really good, the room is also very clean, intelligent control is good and convenient There are two small suggestions: one is that the curtain control in the room is not very good. When you check in, the curtains in a room can't be stuck (the store finally helped to fix it). The other curtain is not long enough to leave 15 cm without covering it. If you sleep late, it is easy to wake up. The second is that there is a video vip at any time, but I can watch movies and TV drama variety shows. I can cast my own TV live broadcast and I can’t watch it. It’s not too big.

The location is great, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it is economical! Recommended to friends, convenient transportation, and many restaurants downstairs!

The overall cleanliness is good, the service response speed is fast, the check-out time can be extended, which is very considerate, the room is relatively large, the facilities are complete, and there are snacks and drinks. The toothbrush is easy to use and the black tea is delicious.

The hotel is very good. My colleagues recommended it. The price-performance ratio is very high! The accommodation environment is quiet, the staff are friendly, the hotel has complete facilities, and it is close to the subway station. It is the first choice for travel and business trips. I brought my family here during the Chinese New Year. The space is large and great. I will stay here again next time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. This place is so well connected to everything and nearby supermarket has really amazing prices, the restaurants right next to it are so awesome. You get everything nearby. Now that i have talked about the surroundings, I want to emphasise on how BEAUTIFUL this apartment was!! Very responsive and extremely sweet host. cleaning everyday and we just had a very very comfortable stay. I loved the view from here and the bathtub was just awesome!!! We wanted to stay here for many more days but unfortunately all our days were planned before hand and we couldn’t take that decision, my husband and I had the best movie night here because the TV was super awesome. Internet speed is quite great too!! And lastly the quality of amenities provided was really top notch.

Booked for relatives who are visiting! Because it’s right next to the community! So this hotel has a lot of occupancy! The front desk said that the room had been upgraded! The bed is huge! Outside the window is a community environment without facing the street! My brother and the others just stayed for one night, so it’s not a big deal! It’s just that it’s the off-season and the price/performance ratio is still great! I remember one time when a friend came to a sugar and wine party, he doubled the price and stayed in a room without windows! Simply depressing

I traveled to Chengdu and stayed here for 6 days. The cleaning lady is very environmentally friendly. She will not change the pillowcase when it is dirty, but will turn the pillow over, as if it is OK to use the reverse side. If you are not used to it like me, you can go to the front desk to ask for a new one. The hair in the toilet and the bathroom, as well as the small card stuffed in the door gap will not be cleaned for you. If you stay for many days, you need to clean it up yourself. During the stay, we put our luggage in the suitcase before going out every day. The suitcase will be locked and placed upright in the corner, and the garbage will be sorted and placed in one place. So after the extension room is cleaned, it is basically the same as when you go out. However, the quilt will be made neatly for you, the garbage will be collected, and the disposable items will be replenished. Occasionally there will be a hairless toothbrush in it, which is very interesting. Except that the water will leak out when taking a shower, it will leak all the way to the door. You need to wipe it after taking a shower. It is a bit close to the building next to it, so remember to close the curtains before taking a shower. The network is a bit slow. Other things are OK. The room is very quiet, the little sister at the front desk is also very cute, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Generally speaking, it is satisfactory, but it would be better if the hygiene is better.

It was a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Chengdu! The serviced apartment/hotel is extremely new and modern. We were also thrilled to find this Singapore property in Chengdu, so it was truly a home away from home. I have a young toddler aged 24MO & elderly parents above 70YO during our stay and we loved our stay here. Prices are reasonable (with Trip.com perks & a panda coupon, each room was only S$65/night with 1 breakfast/room). We were able to get a free upgrade to the Studio Executive Rooms. The hotel/apartment has everything that we needed from a bathtub, washing machine+dryer (available for all rooms) etc. Our other one-bedroom apartment was also upgraded to an executive apartment and it came with a fully furnished kitchenette. Some noteworthy details (+ 👍🏻): - Breakfast selection was petite but decent, but not fantastic. The view from the breakfast place at Level 41 makes up for it. - The hotel was able to provide a baby cot for our 24MO toddler for the 1-bedroom apartment. Out of all the international hotels that we stayed in our 2-week trip, this baby cot was one of the best. Our toddler slept well. - Fraser Place Chengdu is located very near SKP (a luxury underground mall with a bamboo-inspired water feature on ground level). Only less than 12 mins away by Didi. Cons (- 👎🏻) - As this hotel located within the high tech zone in Wuhou district, it was hard to find affordable food options or supermarkets. It also takes at least 30 mins to get to popular places of attraction such as KuanZhai Alley by Didi. - Service by the concierge/bellboys was lacking. - There is no drop-off point as the access road to the entrance is blocked off with flower pots (no explanation given). Our drivers could only drop us off at the main road. This proves to be a great challenge as my elderly father was on a wheelchair and we also had a lot of luggages with us. Even when we asked the concierge for assistance, they made no offer to shift the flower pots or assist us with the luggages.

Chengdu became a trip to remember, especially because of my hotel accommodation at Nicesoe Hotel. If you have an early return flight scheduled, this hotel is one of the best places you can find because of its proximity to the airport (roughly 20 minutes based on experience). Dayuan subway station (Line 5) is also 12 minutes away if you are just walking. Meanwhile, Saiho Mall and Citywalk also offer some varieties for local shops and bars. The service was also top notch for me. Shortly after the check-in, they got in touch by adding my WeChat and establishing the communication line. Through WeChat, they were able to check on me and offer assistance for much of what I needed for the duration of my stay. When I started my holiday, I actually sprained my left foot and they were very generous in offering their ice packs so that I can treat my sprain. In addition to these, they also suggested places of interest that I can visit around Chengdu. My luck was on a roll and I won lots of toys in the lottery. Unfortunately, my luggage wasn't enough to bring them all. Thankfully, one of their personnel, Rose, assisted me in shipping them back to my home city. The overall experience is amazing and I am totally satisfied with the services, plus the hotel room I got which was overlooking the city. If you are a first timer in Chengdu, I would really recommend this place! They are true to their word that they had posted in their basic information page: Any foreigner, of any nationality is welcome!

A little bit of a maze to get to as it's on the higher floors of a sky rise building, which gets annoying when using the lift as you spend a lot of time stopping at every floor (and there are lots) before getting to wherever you want to go to. The room is your average room, nothing fancy. Clean, quite large but also a bit bland. The staff is friendly and they still catered to me with a smile and with care even as I arrived quite late for breakfast.
