- very hard bed
- very thin pillows
- only given 2 pillows per pax and unable to provide more
- moldy toilet floor
- no drainage around toilet bowl as water keeps flooding out of toilet so you would be doing your business with water pooled around your feet
- cockroach in toilet (see pic)

The hotel is very close to kuanzhay alley and about 1km to subway station. The room is quite comfortable e the girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful for any need.
