Hotel is clean and spacious. Location very near to famous Chengdu People’s Park and KuanZhai Alley. Short taxi distance to JinLi too!

Good customer service especially for the front desk team that given us alot of helps. Location wise is very hear to kuanzhai old streets that good for eat & shop.

The hotel is near the KuanZhai Alley and opposite the People's Park. It was a short walk to these places. The amenities are great, and I loved the late supper treat and laundry services. The staff assisted me with the laundry while I was out and packed it neatly for my collection later in the day. It was a pleasant stay there, thanks to the attentiveness of the staff who ensured that our requests were duly attended to.

Everything was good, except the very unfortunate (and unfriendly) aircon. It turned itself into a heating unit due to a sudden drop in temperature without the option to even manually switch it to just a fan. We were basically slowly baked in 30 degrees hot air the last night there. The staff was helpful to give us a portable fan (not cool air though) to try to sleep. It’s a shame while everything else was great value

Brand new opening hotel, very clean and comfortable in high standards. Staff also very nice and help me around. 24 hour gym and yummy breakfast is a plus. Sure will choose this hotel again , also price good

I have stayed in many hotels under the Aduo Group, and this one in Chengdu is the most disappointing. The reason is that when I checked in my luggage after leaving the hotel, at 14:58 pm on June 2, the hotel staff messed up the luggage tag. This resulted in the luggage being taken away by another hotel guest. When I went back to pick up my luggage at 10:30 pm, the hotel staff's attitude was very bad and impatient. Since there were many personal items and electronic notes in the luggage, there were many important things there. I was very anxious at the moment. Then the manager on duty helped to call the surveillance camera. Finally, he found the location of the luggage and sent someone to get it back. When he came back, it was already gone. At 1:25, the duty manager arranged two rooms (free of charge). However, we already had a place to stay, so there was no need for such an arrangement. We left the hotel at 9:30 in the morning. At that time, the hotel staff gave a reply saying that they were not obliged to help guests store their luggage. This reply surprised me. It turns out that this is their processing mechanism.  Due to their perfunctory attitude and the fact that the manager on duty in the morning said someone would call and give an answer. But they didn't have it at all.

The location is very good, near the Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu, about 8 minutes' walk, and there are restaurants around the hotel for dining. The hotel facilities are relatively clean, sanitary and tidy. The room I stayed in was also relatively quiet. The hotel will give two bottles of water. There are very cute panda dolls in the lobby of the hotel, which are so cute. There is also a tea room in the lobby, and the classical architectural pavilion makes people feel peaceful. Breakfast is on the eighth floor, and the restaurant is also relatively large. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The staff are very polite and enthusiastic. The room facilities are relatively complete and clean, and there is also a small refrigerator. However, the sound insulation of the room is not very good, and the sound of the doors of the nearby rooms can be heard clearly. Because there is a toilet mat, you can see that when the toilet is flushed automatically after using it, water will splash onto the toilet mat. There seems to be a problem with the switch of the room master control. Press it once to turn it off completely, and press it again to turn it off. You have to press the bright mode to turn on all the lights. I hope it can be improved.
