Very helpful customer service, they had a washing machine and provided laundry detergent which not all other places provide.
Also very kindly let us store our luggage and patiently responded to all my fathers requests and questions.
Note that they only provide disposable towels. Which makes it hygienic but to some ppl they may not like the feeling.
Also the hot water is not consistent, it will get very hot then cold then hot then cold but overall very pleasant stay.
Loved the automatic curtains!
Location was great for us to explore taikooli and quite near train stations! There is also a delicious noodle store downstairs at the corner where we ate there everyday because the dumplings and noodles were so good and cheap compared to other places

The building corridor, lift and entrance are very old, dirty and of very bad air quality, although the interior space and size of the room is ok. The curtains are broken and toilet is small. The location is convenient and flat owner is helpful.

Location was good, near city centre with many many food outlets & shopping streets. Room was clean but no daily cleaning services, being a home stay.

A nice and cozy apartment in an old complex, you have the laundry, but without the dryer or a place where to dry your clothes, a small kitchen and a good bathroom, the bed was good. The location is so nice, close to the Dongmen Bridge Metro and Lan Kwai Fong for the night out and a lot of food stores in the area. You are not too far from everything in the center.
The problem about the location is finding the place, you have to put yourself in contact with the host before, although the numbers in Trip.com were not connected to any useful WeChat, I suggest the host to change it and I hope he did it. The apartment is in the Soho Complex, when I arrived without a clue and hardly figured it out the right spot, the receptionist of the place didn't help me because she didn't work for him, but fortunately the guy selling the phone accessory help me a lot and find me the real host WeChat, from this first inconvenient, the rest of the stay was really good.

Two couples stayed here. It definitely looks way nicer in photos. Service was helpful with restocking when needed, but the instructions for luggage storage in the beginning were unclear. Nice touch to have laundry and detergent available and very convenient location.

Super chill. Awesome place. Amazing view. A bit cold, but very-very comfortable. Pretty close to the main place of Chengdu. Tons of restaurants outside. I’ll definitely come back here. And the owner is super nice. 100% recommended. Место супер и полностью оправдывает свою стоимость! Отвечаю.

The kitchen is in terrible state , broken tables , and dirty . The wall in bedroom dirty and owner didn’t paint them since long time ago writing me that the building would have smell bad if they paint , of course is not true this excuse. Since I arrived I did the washing machine and all the water came out , from the pipe because was blocked , technicians came and fixed it . The door outside looks form years ago haven’t been painted . The location is good center downtown at least . I communicate with i trip and said about it , they told me that owner is willing to send me back 200 rmb only if I would have rate the home stay 5 stars *****. I refused it to get money and I prefer to help others People to don’t get in the same scam . Peace ✌️.

In order to provide a refrigerator and a washing machine, the kitchen is not locked. In the beginning, you decided to check in after looking at the room. Seeing that you were not satisfied, we offered to refund the remaining orders. If you continued to stay without refunding the order, you then asked us to refund all the room charges after you checked out. God! This is my first time meeting a customer like you. Your evaluation shows that you are a noble person, but you are just dissatisfied with the lack of 200 yuan. We have the recording with Ctrip to prove it, and you also received the 200 yuan compensation. If you had any problems during the period, we came to solve them for you as soon as possible. We got along well with each other and communicated very well. I didn’t expect you to ask for money later. Next time, please go to a big hotel. They have money and can meet your needs.
