Overall it's a very modern hotel with all the necessities. However it's not child friendly. Self service laundry is a plus point

Hotel is new and its location is great. Very close to subway station, approximately less than 5mins. Staff are friendly. We encountered power failure on our last day morning (electrician inspection for the area), so hotel had free extend our check out time and give two pandas as free gift to us for inconvenience caused. Additionally, the hotel provides free self laundry service. However,It will be better if the room has refrigerator.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station exit A with escalator. However there were 3 to 4 small steps after exiting. There were no shelter link to the hotel. Staff were polite and greeted us everytime we passed by. One of the staff even helped us to carry our parcels to our room. The basin and toilet were separated from the bathroom. But toilet seems to be able to see through. The water temperature can be kept consistently at the desired temperature.

Great value stay in a convenient location for travellers. Very new and clean hotel with professional and friendly staff and some nice perks. I‘ve come to appreciate Ji hotels as my go to choice while traveling in China.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with convenient transportation. There are subway lines 🚇4/6. It is convenient and fast to go to any scenic spot in Chengdu. The hotel has its own free parking lot. The hotel environment is good, the facilities are complete, the staff has a good service attitude, and they are polite and considerate. In summer, mung bean soup is provided for free, which tastes very good. There are many modern black technologies, such as self-service free laundry, and take-out is delivered directly by a delivery robot. For this interesting robot, I also ordered take-out to try, and the experience was satisfactory. This is the second time I stay here, and I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
