Yinqitang Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Luomashi Subway Station) Reviews

The hotel room was very spacious and clean, with a living room area nested in it too. It’s conveniently located within the city area, with quite a few shops around the area. It is only a 5 minutes walk from Luomashi metro station as well. Special mention to the front counter staff 何琪琪,邓润,苏航,姜悦 for being the most helpful with preparing a surprise birthday celebration decor in our room as well☺️ Will definitely be back here if I’m in Chengdu again~

I want to praise the reception manager who is a very protective employee of the hotel. First of all, as she said that smell of smoking in the room can be said to be the smell of barbecue. Secondly, The three city view rooms which I booked were not consistent with the actual ones ; two of the rooms that I stayed in had a fake garden background instead of city view . And she explained that It was the Trip App which provides wrong room information (for example, the room is a non-smoking room with a city view), but not the hotel's problem. I was pleased that she had solved the issue of smell of smoking, and finally gave us extra gifts, however , the way that she kept explaining dishonestly really made me felt very uncomfortable. The hotel is great, clean and the location is good.

Nice cosy and clean hotel with family room with 2 queen beds. Good for family of four. Laundry room us available to wash and dry your clothes for free. You can order food via meituan app and delivery to your room is by robot. Easy too book taxi online from hotel if you use didi or alipay. Only 2 level of room at level 4 and 5. Entrance is via short staircase to main lobby.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Provide us with clear direction to places we wanted to visit. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Really nice room the staffs were so kind with me , she upgraded my room for free ☺️☺️ also service mind of all staffs were so great, really big room , when i was ordering takeout there is a cute robot come to give the takeout to me so i don’t feel scared to be alone to get my takeout with male drivers, i felt completely safe here . Before i checkout they gave me really cute traditional bracelets

I don't write reviews so often, But I write this review because we had very satisfying experience at this hotel. I don't have to mention about the location since you can find it from map and it is very convenience and close to the CunXi Road. The facility is very clean. I have a very sensitive reactive allergy since I have breathing problem. They have very good quality tea at room which make me very relax. The hotel has very good front desk service, and very good house keeping. They are ready to help at any time no matter how late it is. My daughter was really tired one night and started to vomit due to the fact that we had a very tiring trip during the day. We contacted the front desk. They were very caring, and gave useful information that could help us. They had a service guy come to take away the dirty towels, and he was also very kind and gave us very useful suggestions. The hotel also has a robot service. My daughters were very happy and enjoyed the trip too. I definitely recommend this hotel to others and willing to book this hotel for my next trip.

It was super clean, excellent service, decent location, but definitely will stay here again if I am ever back in Chengdu.

Room is big and clean. Not that particular about location because we didi everywhere. The staffs are very friendly too and you don’t have to worry about amenities because they are readily available in the room and at the reception.

Beautiful hotel that is nicely furnished with large rooms. Room aircon wasn't working when we were there but luckily the weather outside was great. Service staff was responsive and all very helpful!

Extremely clean n great customer service. Walking distance to train station. But not as near as what mentioned to walk to kuanzai xiang. Reasonable rates to stay .
