The hotel facilities are OK, the rooms are relatively new, but the service is really bad. First, the deluxe king-size bed was booked, but the room was actually a lower-class room (I have encountered upgraded rooms, but never downgraded rooms). The washbasin and tea table are very small, and the room structure and facilities are different from the promotional pictures. Second, the front desk did not proactively provide children's toiletries and services even though we clearly saw that we were bringing children to stay.

The hotel is not expensive, comfortable and warm, the aromatherapy smells very good, the room is finely decorated, the details are in place, it is a very comfortable hotel, and two kinds of pillows are thoughtfully prepared. The bedding is also comfortable. Recommended.
