Good stay, Vivi from from check in to our departure have been friendly and all smile. Location abit far from MRT but it’s ok cos taxi are very easy to get. The shower drainage needs to be improve as daily we have a mini pool of water outside the shower room

Front desk manager Sean was very helpful when changing the room and getting transport to the airport, which helped make my stay very pleasant.

The hotel is very new and the staff is friendly, which make the travel very comfortable. The breakfast is amazingly delicious, which I believe I had the best noodle in Chengdu in the hotel. There are food options at every corner and Wenshuyuan is a stroll away where I enjoyed the traditional Chengdu performance. Everything is wonderful except for its location. It appears to be near to the city center but yet a bit far - Didi will take quite some time in the traffic jam. However, it is also the reason why this superb hotel is priced an inch cheaper than Chunxi Road hotels. Overall very value for money and enjoy my trip!

Comfortable and clean. The entire hotel smells very pleasant. The location isn’t bad, but it’s 5- to 10-minute walk to the metro (depending on the line), and a 25-minute walk to Taikoo Li.

It is within walking distance to wenshu monastery, actually not very close to Taikoo Li. It is a nice walk and the surrounding is lovely. Hotel staff are nice and very helpful (Xiao Bei & Xiao Kai? Hope I recall correctly😅). Overall a very well managed boutique hotel, highly recommend.

The newly opened facilities in the hotel are very new, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk service attitude is good. Xiaoyu in particular is very enthusiastic and introduces the surrounding environment, likes, breakfast specialties, and the delicious noodles cooked by Wang Fang!

Yifei Hotel Chengdu Wenshuyuan Branch is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the smart control is interesting. The location is convenient and there are many delicious food around. The service provided by Xiaobei, Xiaoli and Xiaojie is also very good, making people feel very warm. The only drawback is that parking is a bit troublesome. In short, I recommend everyone to stay here!

The location is OK, the shower head is rusty, what can I say, no need to use it. There are flies in the room, the tiles in the entrance are broken, and there are unknown stains on the mat of the coat rack. Isn't it a Hyatt hotel? This doesn't look like it...

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the lobby, and the whole atmosphere is great. Especially Xiaoyu at the front desk, ViVi has a good service attitude.
