Hotel housekeeper Yuanyuan's service was excellent, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. It was my first time in Chengdu and I had great time.

Very nice hotel, highly recommend!

It was located right next to the Sacheon Museum and the surroundings were nice and quiet. There's also a park, so it's great for a morning walk or a quick run, and most of all, it's nice to get a glimpse into the lives of local Chinese people. Breakfast was included, and a neat set of Korean dishes was brought to the room. The taste wasn't special, but it was decorated cutely, so it was perfect for a quick breakfast. The menu also changes slightly every day. The room was clean and the amenities were great. There were plenty of towels too. The staff were also friendly. The room also had an old Chinese feel, so I felt like I was on a trip! Above all, I was able to stay there with confidence because I made a reservation at a place recommended by a local Chinese friend.

The location is excellent, right next to Huanhua Creek and the Provincial Museum, with birds singing and flowers blooming. The housekeeper's literary service is very thoughtful, with many thoughtful little surprises: free hot milk, wormwood foot bath, sachets and bracelets, fruit platters... very heartwarming

Very satisfactory hotel, highly recommended. There is a local Sichuan home-style restaurant nearby, opposite nang wa space, which is very delicious.

Xiao Zhao is very professional and enthusiastic. We had to catch a flight and didn't have time for lunch, so Xiao Zhao helped arrange food. The child said that he would stay here when he comes to Chengdu.

I am 100% satisfied with the hotel's service. I have stayed in five-star hotels at home and abroad before, but none can match the attentive service of Huanhua Hotel. During the 4 nights of stay, the hotel's dedicated person (Xiao Miao) took care of me throughout the entire stay. Every night Xiaomiao will serve white fungus soup to moisturize her. I told Xiao Miao that I had a sore throat from eating hot pot, and Xiao Miao immediately asked the kitchen to prepare pear water. When Xiaomiao found out that my husband had a stomachache, she asked the kitchen to cook porridge again. Xiaomiao was not too troublesome and helped me with restaurant reservations, airline membership mileage registration and attraction reservations. Thank you, Xiaomiao. The hotel is next to the Sichuan Museum, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Huanhuaxi Park. The surrounding environment is quiet and safe. But there are no shops or subway station near the hotel. If you want to take the subway, you have to walk for about 10 minutes. If you want to find a hotel with a good environment, Huanhua Hongtai is a good choice. There are no tour groups staying here, and you won't see tourists rushing to have breakfast. The overall environment is leisurely. As for the hotel's facilities, I am very satisfied. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor. There was a row of trees in front of it, and I just saw the tops of the trees in the room. There are birds chirping softly every day, which is very relaxing. The hotel's breakfast is super rich, with buns, porridge, freshly made noodles, eggs, vegetables, everything, and it tastes good. The only drawback: If the purpose of coming to Chengdu is shopping, it is a bit far from the Chunxi Road shopping area.

The room is exactly the same as described in the picture, with a very retro feel. The lock in the room also reminds me of the door latch of my childhood home. There are scenery everywhere inside and outside the hotel. It is just behind Huanhuaxi Park. You can see Huanhuaxi Park by opening the window. Drinking tea by the window, you can also see squirrels playing in the woods behind the hotel. People who like quietness are very suitable for this place. The hotel service is very good, with butler service. Every day, they will arrange breakfast in the morning, and ask if you need a foot bath in the evening, or a midnight snack at night, with Tremella soup and hot milk. It is especially worth mentioning that I had a fever for a day or two in the middle, and the hotel also specially explained that the kitchen sent porridge, milk, and side dishes. This kind of service really wants to come again next time. We stayed in the hotel for seven days in total. The nearby Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Huanhuaxi Park are very nice to visit. It is also very convenient to go to other attractions, including Qingyang Palace and Wenshu Temple. It is not far to take a taxi. We went to Mount Emei in the middle. After returning, we still chose to find Xiaoguanjia to book accommodation here. I feel that I will come back here when I come to Chengdu in the future. The hotel recommended by a friend was not found on booking, so domestic travel still has to be done on Ctrip.

The hotel is very clean and decorated in a retro style. It is right next to Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Chengdu Museum, and it is very convenient to go there. The hotel has a caring butler service, which is very convenient. You can contact me at any time if you have any questions. I stayed for three nights and basically drove out early and returned late. The exclusive butler service will take the initiative to ask if you need help. Desserts and fruits were delivered in the evening, and spring rolls were also a surprise, which felt very good. A very pleasant and caring travel experience.

The hotel is in a great location, right inside Sichuan Museum, with Huanhuaxi Park outside the window. The hotel is not big, but very elegant, and the service is very warm. When they heard that one of us had a mouth ulcer, they gave us porridge. The room was also extended to 2pm for us. Although the breakfast was not large, it was attentive, and each one was not perfunctory. When I returned to the room at noon, the sun shone in. This was the first time I saw the sun in this trip to Chengdu, haha.

The butler service recommended a lot of delicious food, which was very considerate. It is just across the wall from the Sichuan Museum and Du Fu Thatched Cottage.

The hygiene is very good. The room was upgraded to A for free. The window sill is close to the forest but it is very clean. There is no dust and no dirt. In terms of environment, it is next to Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Sichuan Museum, which is very convenient. I asked the housekeeper Yanyan a lot of things, but she was still very enthusiastic and the service was very good.

This hotel is my favorite hotel. It has a superior geographical location, near the back gate of Sichuan Provincial Expo, close to Huanhua Park and the east gate of Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The hotel + room is antique, very clean and elegant; the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and responsive. The hotel also has its own garden and pavilion! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
