I have booked many hotels on Ctrip and this is the first bad review. First of all, the front desk operation was not smooth when checking in. I waited for about 20 minutes before checking in and then entering the room. The hygiene is very poor. The TV remote control does not work. The internal phone cannot be used to call the front desk. It was also not possible to extend the rental for one day due to schedule issues the next day. I placed an order directly on my mobile phone and was told to extend my stay for one day at the front desk in the morning. They did not tell me that I needed to re-swipe my card when I came back at night and could not enter the room. I contacted the front desk for the room next door and was met with an attitude. No, why didn’t I go to the front desk to swipe my card? First of all, no one told me at the front desk that I needed to swipe my card again to confirm. Then when I placed an order online, there was no prompt that I needed to do this. In other hotels, I don’t need to do this to extend my stay in the original room. So the attitude is very bad, and I really don’t recommend it to everyone. Maybe the store is very dissatisfied when they see it, but it’s really so bad that I have to complain about it.

It was very bad. There were hairs in the bathroom and it was not cleaned. The smell of smoke in the room was very strong and the smell was there as soon as I opened the door. It is really poor compared to Home Inns at the same price, so be careful when booking.

酒店環境設施位置都還可以 但是晚間值班工作人員對酒店設施不太清楚 且一直在歎氣 唉 唉 唉☹️ 我們電車 問充電樁在哪 回答就是不知道 沒有解決問題的想法 必須要我們自己提出 你幫我買問一下知道位置的人可不可以 （前提是我們已經在地下車庫轉了兩圈 都沒有找到 才希望工作人員可以幫忙 我們到的時候確實晚了 晚上快2點了 但第二天還有行程 沒有辦法 必須要充電）除此之外 都還挺好的
