本來這次成都之行非常愉快，結果在最後一晚入住體驗感極差，影響了整個旅行體驗！
1.酒店未經告知擅自更改預訂房型，與上批住客協商處理是你們的事，而不是我來承擔結果！
2.無奈接受給的客房，結果洗澡時發現沒有放置底墊！
3.晚間刷牙時，竟然衹有一把牙刷，卻放置了兩把梳子！
4.要求拿條被子，結果沒有被套！被告知酒店被套和被子不匹配！家裡睡覺都不可能不套被套，更何況是酒店這種不知道多少人蓋過的被子！而且這條被子一股子煙味！！！
5.客房裡有小飛蟲！
感謝貴酒店，給我一次不一樣的入住體驗！

The location is near Tianfu Square, next to the City Celebrity Hotel.
I booked a family room, but it was upgraded to a triple room when I arrived at the hotel. The room was large and the experience was very good. The room was on the ninth floor, and there was also a bathroom and a place for leisure and entertainment on the same floor. There were building blocks for children to play with, and a tea area, where you could choose coffee and boiled water.
The breakfast environment was also good, with many choices, including snacks, dairy products, drinks, coffee, and freshly cooked noodles.
Because it rained heavily after checking out, I borrowed two umbrellas from the handsome brother at the front desk, and returned them after use. The service was very good.
