Great hostel ! It definitely exceeded my expectations.
Very clean, quiet, good view and a lot of amenities!!
They refill water bottles every day and the staff is MEGA helpful in terms of showing you where to eat and other secret tips !
It's a hostel for FOODIES 😃 with list of restaurants and an amazing giant rooftop for the warm nights to enjoy some live music 🎶 !
Beds are extremely comfortable too 💤💤💤 excellent location 😉

Great view from the room. The room had a private bathroom. The receptionist speaks good English. Rooms need a little wall paint

Really good hostel and good value for the single room. Quite clean and good atmosphere in the hostel. Also has a rooftop bar area. Would definitely stay there again.

Extended my stay. Every bed is equipped with a curtain so there is a privacy. Room is cleaned daily but I think there is some maintenance needed. Location is around a 10 min walk from Kuanzai Alley.

Good location not far from Kuanzhai alley, 5 min by bike. Staff was nice and welcoming, and there were amenities such as couches, a lovely rooftop bar and lookout spot, as well as TV. Definitely a great place, probably even better in summer!

Mitang is located in the center of the city, adjacent to Kuanzhai Lane, and there are many online celebrity food streets such as Jixiang Street in Kuixinglou. There are many bus lines downstairs, and Tianfu Square and Chunxi Road can be reached by car in more than 10 minutes. Mitang has a super public area for our guests to use. There are office areas, movie viewing areas, terrace bars where you can have a drink with friends in summer.

Stopped over chengdu for half day and needed a place to take a quick rest and shower. It's clean and beds are comfortable, but found the location to be a bit difficult to find and can be a fair bit of a walk from the metro if you have heavy luggage.

I've been travelling round China for 3 weeks and this is the best hostel I've stayed in so far. I didn't want to leave.
My friend was at another hostel in chengdu, he spent one evening hanging-out at Mitang and decided to move completely to Mitang because of how good the vibe is.
Pros: the most friendly, welcoming and social staff; a roof-top bar/social area which is busy every night; Fuqin is great location with a huge street-food market, wet-market and restaurants; cheap and delicious cooked lunch/dinners at a low price.
Cons: the facilities need some maintenance (but the hostel is always clean and the fundamentals worked properly), it is a 12-minute walk from the subway (not hugely convenient, but fine).

Bed bugs! Pipes are very loud you can hear it in the room. TOO LOUD!.
