The location and the service of the hotel is not a problem, the staff is friendly and try their best to help, but money wise is not the best option. I selected the hotel because was closer to my friend and also because I have had stayed in Hilton’s hotels before and always is a nice experience, this unfortunately was not the case. First, the lobby has a very strong smell to toilet, the four days of my stay was the same strong smell. Second, the room was clean and nice but you will just find water and not menu for room service and empty minibar, the tv has 60 channels and only 3 are foreign channels, and only one fully in English language. And third, the breakfast is very basic, limited options and mostly the same every day. As I mentioned is not a problem of location or staff.

Secondly, due to our kitchen's size and limited staffing, our kitchen doesn't have the capacity to serve meals and drinks to every room. And thirdly, as you mentioned about limited-tv-channels, we will ask our engineering department to do something with it. And the problem of the lobby's smell, it's a construction problem, there's very little we can do but put in some aromatherapy.
