Staff are very friendly. When we arrived and found out there was a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room, they immediately upgraded us to a suite. When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye.
The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

The buffet that was included is very nice. Hotel is a little far but shuttle helps.

Great location. Just next to Taikoli and ChunXi road which is the main shopping area. Plenty of food options outside the hotel and two family mart convenience stores from Japan were both on the both sides of the hotel.
Hotel amenities were amazing.
Definitely will stay here again when back in Chengdu.

The location near Tai Koo Li is very convenient. The front desk service is friendly. Breakfast food is rather expensive. Room condition is clean but some of the facilities needed to be changed. The iron board ks not wirkimg well and the hair dryer are broken.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The room was very bright, welcoming, and large. The bed was so clean and comfortable I didn't want to wake up in the mornings. The water in the shower did not pool, which happens in many hotels. The hairdryer was very powerful too.
As for things I didn't like, I hope the hotel takes note of these things because my overall experience was still good! First, for a 5-start hotel the staff did not speak English. Then the tour packages they offered were ridiculously expensive and so were laundry services. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower room had a bit of a urine smell.

One of the best hotels we have stayed. Not only is the hotel well situated , service and attitude of the staff here are remarkable. Had some personal queries and requests , staff name Busek was happy and to assist and solve my request and queries with ease. Job well done to staff Busek and other staffs. Being foreign in Cheng Du for the first time , Staff Busek gave some good recommendations and tips during my visit in the beautiful city of Cheng Du. Room cleaning was impeccable and efficient . Keep up the good work and service . Will definitely return if I visit Cheng du again .

Rhombus Hotel is ideally located in the ChunXi Lu district near Tai Koo Li. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff are courteous and friendly.

The hotel is very well situated, right in front of a Michelin review restaurant, very close to the shopping centers and main attractions with great access to the metro station. The only remark I have is that while reserving our room was shown as having a bath in front of the window, but it was not the case. Also all the food and water in the room is for a fee, which is unusual and gives a bit of a cheap feeling.

Hotel was centrally located close proximity to Taikoo Li and IFS. Restaurants and eateries in abundance. Service (front desk and housekeeping excellent! Got upgraded to G60 suite. Configuration of the room a bit strange, took awhile to get used to. Not like a conventional setup. Two separate wash basin setup was nice but no countertop to place your amenities. All in all, still satisfied with hotel. Price was right.
