Very good hotel, good services as a 5-star hotel and good price.. Helpful staffs helped me to buy hot oil, do some treatments and check out late (Ms Josie). Thank you.
I will stay here next times when come to Chengu.

Exceptional hotel experience! The staff went above and beyond to assist, and the gym is fully equipped for all your fitness needs. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered an impressive variety.

The facilities were closed off due to it being Spring Festival, which is understandable but a little annoying.

I was surprised when arrived cause many comments mentioned that was not a 5 star hotel .
Welcome gift at the reception and also English speaking staff .
Rooms were old style but very comfortable with all the 5star amenities.
Gym and swimming pool are great !!!
Only negative was that on breakfast you couldn’t choose type of eggs …
I will come again for sure

I have been coming to Chengdu about 4 years or so and I always stay in the Sofitel. The service is excellent, they often give complimentary room upgrades, and the hotel is next to the river. Sure there are some hotels that are a bit newer I could stay in, but I keep coming back because the staff are always so friendly, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable.
No complaints, after so many visits!!

The hotel is in a great location. Although it was renovated a while ago, the room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable and tidy, and the hotel service was very good. Seeing that we brought our children, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. The afternoon tea was a bit simple, but it was still okay after all, it was a gift with the room. I will choose this hotel again next time I go to Chengdu.

The facilities are relatively old. The biggest problem is mosquitoes, which are at the level of purgatory. The hotel said that they had done disinfection, but I was still bitten all night. This hotel was booked on short notice and it was the right choice. The hotel is in a good location, close to Chunxi Road, and we had dinner here for two days. The suite we stayed in was great, with touching details and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
