地理位置很好，去天府廣場寬窄巷子都很近。房間面積大，設施齊全，有冰箱洗衣機，很乾凈。服務員熱心周到，推薦。

雖然之前發生不愉快，但是攜程客服幫助我們進行溝通，很快就解決了問題，換房間，以及第一夜不愉快的入住體驗以免費補償

盛捷也算這些年出差常選的品牌，十年前就會來江邊的這家盛捷，工作原因還長租過幾個月，印象很好。雖然有些設施老舊，但位置方便，服務也算一直在線。但本次入住非常糟糕，空調完全無用，濃濃的黴味，風聲巨大，卻毫無製冷效果。衞生可以用糟糕形容。 前台衹有一位接待，看手機，不看客人，完全忙不過來，可以理解，等等吧。 由於辦理入住後出門辦事，結果晚上回去發現空調完全不行，無法住人，誰叫不先檢查下呢，認了……覺得也不可能退房，索性連夜換酒店，本地同事過來，有兩輛車，打電話問停車票，但在嚴格的管理制度下，停車票衹允許開一張，這充分體現了酒店善於降本增效。點贊。算了，連酒店都不住了，這也沒增加幾塊錢損失嘛…… 一間酒店，該有的最基本的設施，一概沒有，在高温的成都完全無法入住，而附屬的服務則不多，能省則省…… 再見了，年度最差盛捷。永久避雷。
