A little dated, but overall still a good hotel to stay. Location wise not within walking distance to shopping streets need to didi. Breakfasts are good though. There are plenty of food around the streets behind the hotel. That’s a plus point. Lobby is on the 33rd floors and you will need to take 2 lifts to your rooms…😂 over all good experience still.

Did a Pre-Trip with the same Hotel as my Company’s Convention and extended 1 more night Post Meeting. Specified Non-Smoking in my requesr and received a confirmation of my request being adhered. Yet I was given a Smoking Room!

Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staffs. Stayed here for 2nights. Reception at level 33 same as the restaurant also. Western and Chinese style breakfast, they have daily drinks in lobby free of charges.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, located centrally within walking distance to 望平街 which houses many cafes, restaurants and other interesting stalls. Also near the 太古里 area which houses the famous shopping district comprising of various luxury brands.

Helpful service and good location, made it easy to navigate the city.

From the moment we got to this hotel in Chengdu, it was clear our hopes were going to be far exceeded. This hotel was the third out of five we stayed in during our trip across China. Despite its good price, it became a top highlight of our journey. It perfectly mixed value, location, cleanliness, and amazing service into one great experience. Every staff member we met, from the friendly porter who welcomed us, to the receptionists who checked us in smoothly, and the hardworking cleaning team, made us feel a real sense of warm hospitality that's rare to find. They were all so kind and paid attention to little details, making us feel very special and looked after the whole time. What really stood out was the kindness of the cleaning service. After we washed our clothes and left them drying in the bathroom, we came back to find that the cleaning person had kindly brought in a rack for our clothes and arranged them to dry better. This act of kindness touched us deeply and showed how much the staff does to look after their guests. The room service was also a highlight, with lots of tasty options that were better than we expected from hotel food. Every meal was enjoyable, adding extra comfort to our stay. Our room, high up in the building, had an amazing view of Chengdu, making our stay even better with beautiful views of the city, like the nearby Anshun Bridge. Even though we asked for a smoking room, the air in our room was still fresh thanks to a great ventilation system. The hotel's spot was also very handy. With a metro station close by that goes straight to Chengdu East Station and the Anshun Bridge not far away, getting around the city was easy. Adding to our positive experience, it was a pleasant surprise to find that some of the staff could speak some English, which we hadn't found in other hotels. Plus, the hotel had a cool robot service which was really interesting. The lobby and hotel grounds were incredible, too. And the breakfast was AMAZING – so varied, with a mix of Western and Eastern food choices. To sum it up, this hotel is a real hidden treasure in Chengdu. It brings together a great price with top service, cleanliness, and location, making it a perfect pick for travelers. The wonderful hospitality and kind actions we saw have made a big impression on us, promising that this hotel will be our top choice when we come back to the city. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable.

Nice place. Only complaint would be traffic down town during holiday time.

Very nice and friendly service in general . Also very nice attention from the concierge Eason , the concierge Eason service and guest attention is exceptional.

The location is perfect. Just a short walk in between 2 metro stations that allow you to connect into 2 Metro Lines. The service is great. Real 5 Star Service especially the Butler service that assist us easily via WeChat. The breakfast buffet is amazing with wide selection of local and western breakfast choice. Staffs are all great and friendly. The room size is huge with a very nice view over the city. Although the hotel is a bit old but we can see that the hotel is well maintained and the amenities they provide is of high quality. One of us got sick with an upset stomach and the Buttler assisted us so nicely and even provided us a meal with room service for the upset stomach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chengdu.
