So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

Excellent service, lobby smells great. Location is good, v fast via didi to popular places.

The location is very good, it is near to all the amenities and few stop to Tianfu square and other major shopping.

I have an excellent 5 nights stay. The location is excellent and hotel service are great too. I was given an upgrade by the great front desk, the room with bathtub was spacious and clean. For sure will stay here again during my next trip.

Great stay! Big and spacious, near train station too! 管家小孙assisted for late checkout via WeChat. Easy to communicate with hotel. Loan of umbrella is free. There is no need to purchase umbrella 👍🏻

Very nice hotel and super convenience as the mrt only a minutes away and can go to many places with the mrt. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel as is really convenient and nice environment and the staff also very friendly 🤩

Metro under a stone’s throw , a great location for light travellers as Chengdu is accessible by metro.

All good and meet with service standard as accredited 4 stars hotel. But it was not acceptable by the food waste trolly moving around the dining room in particular it had been awful in the mind of foreigners.

It was pure joy to stay at the Dorsett Chengdu. The hotel is situated very conveniently next to the metro entrance and it is one of the main lines in Chengdu. I could easily travel to the main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lavender pillow that I requested did not smell like lavender at all, but it was a nice touch to my stay there. The bath is really small and I think they could have utilized the space in the bathroom better. I could not straighten my legs in the bathtub. The room was spacious and spotless. I will definitely stay at the Dorsett again when I visit Chengdu in future!
