Yuenin Holiday Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road) Reviews

The hotel reception is hard to find as there are various hotels and companies in the same building. The reception is just right at the building entrance though it’s not very clear that it’s the hotel reception, so you need to ask the staff. The room looks quite old and not too fresh. The bedsheet had a hole. The AC in the room is really noisy while working, so it’s hard to fall asleep if you plan to use the AC for the night time. The most annoying part was the issue with hot water. I was traveling in January, so hot water was essential, but it turned out that the hot water amount is limited (I used it for probably 10-20 minutes overall in the evening). After that I had no hot water in my room, so I called the reception (they speak only Chinese). The receptionist told me to wait for some time as I had used up all the hot water amount limit. I waited for 30 minutes but the shower water was still cold. It was especially annoying that it was winter time, the room was slightly warm as the AC was not working well, and I couldn’t finish my shower as the water was cold. I would not recommend this hotel overall. There are better options for the same price.

Room is clean & spacious, location is great, near to subway station. Convenience store and some small resturants are nearby. Will stay again.

Rooms exactly as advertised, very spacious. Location is right next to a new mall, with Niuwangmiao Metro Station Exit H2 right at the doorstep and walking distance to Jiuyanqiao bars area.

The room is really rubbish! The room is dirty and there are a lot of bugs! It's really the worst time! I'm also in the service industry! I rent a car and wash it for each guest! The inside of the car is not so dirty. It's really bad.

At Jiuyan Bridge, Niuwangmiao subway station is just downstairs, which is convenient for travel. There are places to buy breakfast downstairs. The hygiene is quite satisfactory. The most unsatisfactory service is that you have to upload your ID card photo yourself, which wastes a lot of time.

The room facilities, sanitation, environment and service are all good. It is on the highest floor with a good view! The hotel is very close to Jiuyan Bridge, and it is very convenient to view the river at night! It is a pleasant experience to cruise the Jinjiang River at night👍👍👍👍

The view from the room is very good, especially the night view. There is a bar street across the river and a barbecue restaurant downstairs. The location is next to the subway entrance, which makes travel very convenient. It is only two stops away from Chunxi Road. The room is very clean and highly recommended.

Those who travel by car specifically look for hotels with parking. The price, configuration and facilities are quite satisfactory, and the hotel is also very clean.

I came to Chengdu for a few days and stayed near Kuanzhai Alley. I was thinking of moving to Jiuyan Bridge for the next few days. I saw that the high-rise building could see the night view, so I chose this hotel. After I arrived, I found that this was an apartment, with more than 30 floors and three elevators, only two of which could reach the upper floors. The elevators were very slow and I had to wait for half a day to go up and down. Facilities: The room was quite large, but the hygiene was too poor. I haven't lived in such a poor hygiene for many, many years. I remember that I encountered it in Zhangye more than 10 years ago. I didn't even take a picture of the bathroom. The hygiene was poor and there were many dead corners. The shower curtain was very dirty, and the hair dryer was also dirty. The bedding was ok. Environment: The room was quite large, but the hygiene was poor. The main bathroom was probably too old and had many dead corners. I have been playing in Chengdu for more than a week. The 200-plus hotels I stayed in a few days ago were much better than this one. I hope it can be improved. Service: The cleaning ladies were quite good. I said there was no need to clean. Just give me the garbage bag and I can change the garbage can myself. The lady was very enthusiastic and wanted to go into the room to help me change it.

The seat is good, just downstairs is the subway entrance. The room is clean and the service is good!
