It was my first time in Chengdu and I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert at the 大魔方，and I wanted somewhere that is convenient to get to the location but with food nearby. The train station is relatively near within a 10 mins walk, and has some pretty nice restaurants nearby too! I have tried the steamboat with skewers (玉林串串香) that is nearby and it is really not bad with each skewer cost at about 1RMB? The hotel room itself is quite clean, but the bathroom and toilet doors do not reach the celling and floor, so that might be a concern for some (which is not an issue for me since I was staying alone). The room was quite spacious! The free washing machine and dryer (on floor 21) were an added bonus too! The front desk staff (especially the staff called Ivy) were really helpful especially when I ordered deliveries and had some issues. They made my stay even more special and great!

The room was pretty nice, having kitchen zone and big wardrobe. The security seems great (checked my passport longer than any other hotels I've been to in china). Bedding was super nice too. But I hate the bathroom design... no doors between bedroom and bathroom section. Shower room inside also has nowhere to hang towels. The toilet door has a channel above, so other people would hear everything you did in the toilet 😂 Was travelling with not-a-close friend, so it's a bit uncomfortable with that kind of bathroom. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The location of the hotel is 20 mins far from taiguli however, this hotel located in a quiet place. Overall, the hotel is clean, simple and nice. However, beware that the dyson hairdryer only available in the executive room. Because the picture provided by the hotel to trip is abit misleading.

Nice hotel. Very polite and caring staff. A good varied breakfast. Very clean and tidy rooms, were with my wife on a business trip, lived on the 16th floor. It's very cool to look through the panoramic windows in the morning. I'll stop again.

location is superb, near the main road and underground. the only comment is the lift is a bit too slow and old. need some revamp

Good location, very convenient to move around, center area. Hotel very clean. The hotel staff very friendly and able to understand my need.

Check-in smooth. Room had a window that would not shut, so bit too much road noise from Renmin Nan Lu. Seamlessly moved us to another and better room. Good breakfast. No lights on in gymnasium, so staff member came at 10:30 at night to assist. Hotel also has self free laundry facilities. No english language tv channels apart from CGTN. No pool. We couldn't fault this hotel, and will be back if the price is right

Nice room for a booking on a weekend that was less than 500rmb per night with breakfast! I got a Superior Room with Queen bed for two nights (Friday and Saturday) and it was very spacious. Good sofa, comfy bed, a chair and table next to the large TV, and even a tub and shower stall. The location is also great. Close to the subway and in a central part of the city, so seeing the popular attractions was very convenient. I could communicate with the staff with my basic Chinese and we used translation apps when necessary also. The breakfast was also very filling. I don't eat too much in the morning, but the variety of Chinese and Western foods was good. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again when I'm back in Chengdu.
