這是一個非常複雜的社區公寓，裡面有N百家民宿和公司還有一般人家，進出人員混雜，晚上沒有保安，大門開著自出自入，社區很幽暗，電梯間感應式燈看心情決定亮或是不亮。 房間有陳舊的使用感，傢俱也是，洗手間牆面破了就用貼紙，淋浴間地上有上一個客人使用過的一次性洗髮精包裝，馬桶沖水後還是臭的，洗澡花灑有一半水從管子破出洩露出去導致洗澡水少。 床是很舊的床再直接鋪一塊厚海綿，睡在上面是無彈性的，人整個陷入，睡了三天，我們都腰痠背痛，還好就是床單枕頭這些是乾淨的 廚房油煙味道濃厚，非常油膩，好在我們只進出擺放飲料，另外我看到其他房間都有提供樽裝水，一問2021和2022就是不同老闆，可見這裡出入人士有多雜亂，絕對不建議女孩子入住 最最最最最最可怕是冷氣漏水，應該說不是漏，是下雨那樣的流，我們晚上回來，房間近廚房處都是水，因為房間燈光昏暗，差點滑倒，房東不承認之前發生過，明明仔細一看，近冷氣機地上的木地板都翻起來，大半夜的，衹是拿些毛巾墊在冷氣機底下，我們聽了一夜水聲，而且去廁所都要小心走路，相片無法顯示到底地板累積多少範圍的水量。只顧賺錢，卻不修繕房間狀況，住過無數次的酒店，民宿，公寓…最差的差評送給這家👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

公寓管家回訊息速度很快，有問題都能及時解決。床品還算乾淨，但是房間太臟，地面，枱麪，踢腳線，空調都積了很厚的灰塵，廁所門和牆面還有污漬，白色的窗簾也已經變成了灰色的。第二天一早自費花了100塊叫了保潔。因為住的比較久，保潔的費用平攤到每天的房費裏也還不算貴…。公寓地理位置挺不錯的，去地鐵站也方便。其他都挺好，不過就是希望掌櫃重視下保潔吧…

實拍圖，一分錢一分貨，房間破破舊舊，拉拉垮垮，晚上洗澡還沒熱水，大熱天的，想洗冷水吧，那裡的冷水像冰水一樣，根本不敢洗，管理真的差勁，衞生也不行❌最糟糕的一次體驗

這是我們第一次到成都旅遊，第一次住在公寓式飯店，感覺很特別，房間很大，管家也很負責，盡量滿足我們的需要，飯店位置也不錯，在捷運站附近，吃東西都很方便，可是冷氣機的出風口在床的正前方，吹了一個晚上的冷氣，頭非常的不舒服，因此感冒生病了，下次訂房前，要先確認是否冷氣機在床的正前方？

酒店小姐姐服務特別好，這是在二醫院對面的紅星公寓，樓下就是吃的，右拐幾分鐘就是地鐵口，走路不到10分到春熙路，太古裏，出行特別方便。這個公寓真的是寶藏，熱水很好，非常大。

房間整潔，地理位置優越，出門吃飯逛街都很方便！有冰箱，買回來的水果可以多放兩天。還有吹風機，對長頭髮非常友好。

房間非常安靜，衞生做的也很好，小管家態度温柔，周邊生活配套很方便，距離春熙路太古裏走路10分鐘，性價比很高

房間大，生活的基本設施齊全適合短期居家。出行便利。樓下美食劉吉發麪館裏的氂牛肉很好吃。

因為需要洗衣機，所以換到這個房，僅就後換的房做評論。首先管家的反應速度不錯，但是廁所淋浴的排水不良，乾濕分離的效果不佳，衛生紙給的極少，彈簧床沒有床墊，窗簾破損，基本上這個房所有的裝潢跟設備都很老舊，但有一說一，這個地點非常方便。
