Value for money eventhough quite an old hotel however well kept with its design aged nicely ble ding itself with neighbouring popular attractions

Hotel location is great near to shopping district and eateries. Staff is polite and helpful. Was even given a small panda as a gift when checking out. Cheers

Great location, the hotel and the rooms are quite old, but thats okay because the price is also lower. Room is okay. Bed is kinda hard. Staff tried their best to communicate in English.

Front Desk customer service is good. Staff is helpful and courteous. Clean and tidy room. Good location. It is convenient for us to travel around

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed bag of experiences. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access key attractions. There are plenty of options for breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. In terms of value, I felt that the hotel was worth the price, especially given its prime location and the amenities provided. However, it's worth noting that the decoration and overall aesthetic of the hotel felt quite dated. While everything was clean and functional, a refresh would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement in terms of decor.

Hotel location is good where near to IFS building where is the snap shot point with Panda. Easy to walk just 5 minutes to the Chunxi Road.

Room is like description. Kind of small but still comfortable. Hotel abit rundown and old. Shower place always flood. Quite a distance to metro.

The service here was outstanding.  10 stars is not enough.  My room was a small room, which was fine, but I had a couple problems and each time they took care of me amazingly.  Once was simple… no outlet near the tea table to plug the kettle. I shrugged and said no problem but just a few minutes later front desk called and asked if I would like a power strip to help. Yes! Thanks for the good idea!  A few days later we had a big wind and rainstorm and I discovered my rooms window did not close fully. So a little rain and cold wind came in the room.  Solution?  Moved me to a much larger room that had huge windows which did not open. Wonderful.  Just every need the helped with. Also bed was comfy, room was very clean, towels weee big, and breakfast was huge. Really recommend

The hotel very opposite to the shopping area.

The hotel is situated at good location and walking distance to chunxi road. The hotel staffs are professional and polite. However, the room was not at best condition; some of the power plugs were unusable, the fridge was not cool and the air conditioning was not cooling. In addition, the toilet bowl was located at an awkward position.

The location of this hotel is good, but it is not so convenient to cross the road to main tourist areas. The staffs are very helpful.
