Excellent breakfast, nice service in laundry and room cleaning. Front desk service was indifferent (never could find the pool that's advertised). It's about a 20 minute walk from Metro 3 Hongpailou and Line 7 stops so not close to main city attractions but in a nice neighborhood away from the hustle of the city center. Pretty good at the non smoking enforcement. Some issues with damp smell in hallway. Overall, friendly, clean, efficient.

Good stay

Very good, very satisfied, I will stay here next time. The staff is serious and responsible, responsive, good sound insulation, warm room, soft lighting, very good experience.

First of all, the sanitation is OK. I didn't sleep all night and was very angry. It was the first time I stayed in a hotel like this. I couldn't sleep in the middle of the night because of the heat and even had difficulty breathing. The room temperature was 29 degrees and the air conditioner didn't work. I called the front desk and they told me that the whole hotel was closed because they were afraid that the guests would catch a cold. They asked me to open the window myself. I don't know if opening the window would be noisy, and opening it didn't have any practical effect. I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. I wanted to change hotels with my luggage in the middle of the night.

The room is relatively large, very clean, tidy and refreshing. There is an underground parking lot downstairs and the hotel's exclusive parking space, which is more convenient. Not far from the subway station, good location. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The hotel staff has a great attitude. The only dissatisfaction: the problem with the parking lot downstairs: 1. The security guard at the entrance booth (the one on duty at 2 noon on February 19, 2024, without glasses) had a very bad attitude and was impatient when asking for my phone number. Minus points. 2. Please report your phone number when entering the parking lot. is this necessary?
