Older hotel but a clean room. Very convenient for a short stay. Friendly staff.

The location is goods as it is near the MRT station Dong Zhi Kuo. However, the room can feel the dust as not every part is being clean. Strain found on the towel. Since Covid, the room no small fridge, no spray gun on the toilet as compare to other Asia countries hotel toilet. Wifi is not working for overseas customer mobile phone, totally cannot use the free wifi. Goods is downstairs a lot of foods to eat.

The bed is clean, just look at the pictures. The temperature in Chengdu was 28 or 29 degrees, and the air conditioning in the room couldn't work. I checked in directly after getting off the plane at night. I arrived at the hotel around 11 or 12 o'clock. The attitude of the front desk was really bad. She was rude and looked sullen, as if I owed her millions.

Checked in during the Spring Festival, few people, but the room was very good, the lobby staff was friendly! The only downside was no breakfast! Maybe it was because of the Spring Festival!

When my friends and relatives come to Chengdu, I always arrange for Vienna to stay. I used to think it was good in every aspect. But this time when my friends come to Chengdu, we want to book a suite so that several families can chat together. But the other big bed rooms want to be arranged on the same floor as the suites, so on the way back to Chengdu, I called to ask if there were any on the same floor. As a result, they told me to check after placing the order. After placing the order, I called again to ask, and the front desk clerk said that it could not be found and that I had to check after checking in. During this process, the clerk's attitude was extremely bad and his tone was outrageous. My husband and I were still joking that the other party was not in a good mood today. But I didn't want to pursue their inconsistent replies, after all, I had already placed the order. What's even more outrageous is that I filled in the names of the guests when placing the order, and when I finally checked in, the guests in the three rooms were two couples and one single. The couples handed their ID cards to the waiter together, and each family handed them to her separately in less than a minute. As a result, the room that was finally opened separated the couple and opened it together with the single. For this kind of mistake, I thought that my friend had said it as a joke, so I didn't pursue it. What made me most upset was that when the waiter handed us the room card, he babbled "turn left in front of the elevator". I asked twice what it was, because we didn't hear it clearly. During this process, she didn't look up at us, so I couldn't see her mouth shape. Finally, I couldn't help but said, "Can you look up and look at us when you talk?" What did you say? The girl with glasses at the front desk looked up and said, "Sorry, turn left in front of the elevator." When she said this, she also raised her head, but she didn't look at us at all. In the service industry, I think guests and service staff respect each other, and I didn't ask for higher requirements, but the most basic respect is to look at people when talking, but even this can't be done. I'm very disappointed with the service staff.
