Front desk at check in was not helpful, bad experience , so disappointed

I stay 3 nights on business trip and was just perfect. The hotel has a perfect pool and gym, the staff speaks perfect english and offer the highest standard. Its close to a mall with excellent restaurants if u want to go out and the cocktail bar next to the main entrance worth a visit if u are into cocktails. Will repeat for sure.

This hotel was great! My friend and I originally were just going for two days, but extended to 3 because it was so comfortable. The bed and other amenities were great, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast in particular was exceptional. My only issue was that the location was a bit far from some of the major destinations in the city for nightlife and food, but it was easy to walk to the metro or get a Didi. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay in Chengdu!

I stayed here for 3 nights. It's a fantastic hotel even though it's a little out of the way. The service was fantastic, with great spacious rooms. I particularly liked the room's layout, classy and functional. The highlight was definitely the bed that was by far the best bed I've had amongst all the hotels in China. Perfect balance between soft and firmness with a light duvet that was more appropriate for this weather (Summer). The breakfast was insane (in a good way), with chocolate fountain and a full ice cream selection. I've also stayed at the more expensive JW Marriot in Chengdu (near Tianfu square) and I much prefer this hotel. Service was attentive, house keeping had brought out a bath gown and hung it ready for me. When I asked for utensils to eat with, it was brought to me as a set inside a proper napkin. The only minor improvement I can suggest is for the hotel to enforce more strictly people smoking (a common problem in China). I stayed on a non-smoking floor but someone clearly still smoked. This was addressed quickly when I brought this to the attention of the hotel management. But I also saw someone step in through the main doors into the hotel lobby and elevator with a lit cigarette in his hand.

The hotel is pretty new, with good decorations and service.
