Total been here for 5 nights , overall very comfortable stay. Take few minutes to walk to metro station. Opposite has many nice foods.

Everything is great, building is a bit run down. After shower the water will slip into the toilet cabin thru wall. Friendly receptionist and helpful, hotel with washing machine with dryer features.

Hotel has a good location. Staff is very friendly, although not English speaking. Breakfast had a variety. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

The hotel is walking distance from the kuanzaixiangzi, and the interior is new and clean

I was check in late, around 9pm on arrival day. Too tired and hotel assigned room in 2 different floor, front desk not friendly. However, Trip.com managed to ask for a free upgrade room to Deluxe for both room on 2-3rd night. Much appreciated to their help anf prompt follow up. I would like to recommend trip.com to my family and friends on future trip. YAY!

Nice and clean hotel, not much to eat nearby but just need to walk a bit from the hotel.

My favorite hotel in Chengdu. The room is clean and looks nice. There's a nice breakfast at the hotel.

Good customer counter service. Helping me as a foreigner (non-china local) to book taxi with his personal acc, it just because i do not have the local phone#.

New hotel at the centre of the city. Everything was new, staff were nice, and the location was really close to kuanzhaixiangzi.

Location near to Kuan zhai Alley with walking distance approx. 12-15 mins and nearby do have eateries. Rooms are clean. Hotel stuffs are friendly.
They do have laundry service provide for guest. Will consider to stay again if I am back to Chengdu.

Good all around hotel. I only stayed once night but the staff where kinda monotone since it was midnight. They do have chargers to borrow and the location and the rooms where very good for what you pay.

Very clean and well appointed room with lovely shower. The highlight of MQ though was the staff at the desk. They were very helpful with all our queries and even helped us book tickets to see the pandas.

The room is a bit small. Hotel is not too far from KuanZhai alley.
