Highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation in Xindu and near the Panda Research Base. Just like its name, when you walk into the lobby, you know you’re somewhere special. Our Panda Family Room was an amazing treat for the kids with lots of toys, games and panda stuffies. the staff was wonderfully accommodating. And just as special is its location above a great mall with lots of wonderful food options, from many highly rated local and international cuisines to many delicious street food places on -1. Best of many worlds!

During the Spring Festival, I took my children to stay in the Panda Suite. The room was full of details and panda elements. The housekeeper Xiao Wu was very enthusiastic. She always responded and solved problems quickly. Some elements related to children in the room are more suitable for kindergarten children. It is recommended to prepare children's bathrobes and slippers for all ages. My six-year-old daughter wore small slippers with her heels all exposed, hahahaha In general, I am still very satisfied.

The facilities in this room are quite complete. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and it has both a bathtub and a shower (you can ask the cleaning lady for a disposable bathtub cover). It was the first time I packed up toiletries in a hotel (I didn't want to, but all of them were various samples of L'Occitane!); the toilet is a smart toilet, and it's very comfortable without any noise; the air conditioning is strong, and I can wear short sleeves in the room when I check in on the third day of the Chinese New Year; the service of the housekeeper Xiaoqing is very good. Because we brought our children, she arranged a non-smoking room for us in advance, gave the children small gifts, and specially prepared other cups for us. The children were reluctant to leave and kept telling me that they liked the auntie very much, hahaha.

I came to Xindu District for a business trip for a few days, and I booked this hotel casually on Ctrip. After experiencing it for a few days, I really can't wait to write a good review. Every service staff wears Hanfu, which is so elegant~~ The service staff are all handsome men and beautiful women. They are polite and enthusiastic without being excessive! Everyone loves it. Whether you come to Chengdu for business, residence or travel, this hotel is really highly recommended to experience it. You will definitely not regret it. It is worth the money! ! The room is very modern and technologically furnished, and the shower water is also very good. The lobby is magnificent, with a five-star feel, and the breakfast is rich. It is close to the entrance of Metro Line 3, and the view is wide if you live on the 29th floor. The Qiyi International Mall is downstairs, which is convenient for eating and shopping. There is a bus stop at the door. It is located in the core area of ​​Xindu New District and is very close to Guihu Lake (although I haven't been there, I have been there before.).

On the first day of staying at the hotel, Xiao Fan from the front desk was very considerate and enthusiastic about his work. Every time I had a problem, he could solve it immediately.
