一站式遊玩 小朋友出去玩最不喜歡各種坐車 最好是選擇可以出門就玩耍的地方 這個酒店房間很好 很大 一進大堂高級感滿滿 下樓就是環球中心海洋樂園 沖浪 玩耍 湯泉 全都有 小盆友玩到晚飯都不想去吃 然後就在環球中心吃飯 喝咖啡 喝茶 還有室內小童樂園 非常方便 玩完就可以回房間睡覺 非常完美 酒店tracy的服務也特別好 會貼心為我們升級好房間 早餐 及時諮詢我們的入住體驗感 給客人感覺非常親切温馨

禮賓部小吳確實服務很好，在入住前就聯繫到了我。詢問我幾點到酒店，對房間的需求，我們一行三個房間都安排在了一起。提前送了小童洗漱用品，贈送了小童早餐。知道我們是開車來的，提前告知了，停車需要收費的問題。對事情説的很細，容易理解。第二天一早詢問退房時間，是否行李服務，確實周到細緻。但停車收費的問題，希望貴酒店可以改善。

酒店挺不錯的，環境優美，非常適合放鬆身心，滿滿的度假風，地理位置很好，離雙流機場和到天府機場的18號地鐵都很近，我的管家小周姑娘非常好，一早就聯繫了我，給我安排好了房間，入住時雖然已是晚上，但酒店服務人員都很熱情，房間也很漂亮，淡淡的綠色，看着心情舒暢，酒店泳池也很漂亮，水看起來也很乾凈，小孩玩的很放心
