Very comfortable and good location. Service staff is impeccable. From check-in to during the stay, the 小管家 attended to our needs via WeChat. Very convenient for food delivery as well. Special mention to 娜娜 for going the extra mile.

Love the design and location of this hotel. Very thoughtful of them too. I left my sunny on the table and they provide sunny cloth on the table for me . Best experience from them . Location is so strategic where all the shopping and eating scene are just few minutes away from Iseya. Couldn’t find any excuse not to stay here.

Great Location and spotlessly clean. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Room is spacious and well equipped. Perfect for a long stay as there are kitchen and laundry facilities and large cupboards.

Service at front counter is not as friendly as I think. The lobby looked old, and the toilet there smells. I booked her city view loft, but don’t expect a good night view as described as it’s blocked by the furnishing. Internet reception was the worst if u using your own network. WiFi is not good either. Oh…u need to pay for TV!!
Good thing: good location, responsive 管家 service. If u like to have night life and shopping, it’s a good choice.

More "perfect" than I expected. In fact, I booked one night for my wedding proposal. And our Housekeeper Nanfeng (小管家南风) was so helpful. We really can count on him (flower petal, bunch of flowers, balloons, surprised breakast...). The room is incredible, like a movie with magnificient view (TaiKooLi is so beautiful at night and day) ! Perfectly cleaned, not smell, and all equipments are working (curtains buttons, screen, projector, washing machine, the fireplace...) ! 0 fail ! At the end, the proposal was more than wonderful ! I recommand it 1000%, it was unforgettable and I will come back for sure !

I recently visited Iseya at Chengdu Taikoo Li, and it was an exceptional experience. The restaurant’s ambiance perfectly blends traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern touches, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the attentive and courteous staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable.
Iseya excels in both quality and service. The staff's professionalism and knowledge about the menu enhanced the dining experience significantly. The sake selection was also impressive, offering a range of options that complemented the evening perfectly.
Overall, Iseya at Chengdu Taikoo Li is a standout destination. It's a place that not only meets but exceeds expectations, and I look forward to my next visit.

The trip was great from arrival to check out. The hotel location is convenient to access for eatery , shopping and tourist spots. We are well taken care by the hotel guest service : 娜娜， 阿杰, 彬彬 during our stay accommodating to our request . They have made the birthday celebrations especially special and surprising .

I like how we have an assigned butler whom we can check things with. The photos on here look just like in-person

The service is great here, the receptionists have sweet voice and very polite, the 管家 is very helpful, when we need help on purchasing panda ticket. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are comfy. It comes with washing machine and dryer too so we can wash our clothes during the trip which is very convenient :) they gave us a cute panda breakfast when we check out, how sweet. The location is convenient, it is just stone throw away from the 春熙路 subway station exit B, and walking distance to IFS and 太古里, the view from the room also able to see both IFS and 太古里, very nice. We were very satisfy with our stay at Iseya.

Amazing location, right in the centre and next to the metro. Service was great from the get-go. Spacious room with cool designs and layout, had a lot of amenities. Cleanliness was very good.
