We booked the one with the terrace outside and it was really spacious. Good value for money but a few things to note: 1. The couch in the room had a lot of stains in it which made sitting on it a bit uncomfortable. 2. Consistent wifi issues. It would drop all the time and sometimes outright won’t connect. We talked to the front desk about it and blamed it on our iPhones. This is actually not true - whenever we would go outside the room and into the lobby, the wifi would connect instantly and very fast. Definitely not device specific, but the rooms wifis consistently dropped. This is shared by lots of folks in other reviews. 3. I would say the breakfast was below average.

Room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. A bit far from 春熙路.

Fabulous hotel, location & staff. I would highly recommend for future trips to Chengdu. I can’t fault anything - me and my wife were sad to leave ❤️. We’ll definitely be back!

Was a nice hotel, unfortunately not seemingly convenient to anything. Even booking a didi at certain times, based on 'traffic control' could not use the hotel as the pickup point.

The hotel located pretty near Jinjiang Hotel Metro station, which makes the transportation very convenient. Staffs are very nice, I was so welcomed and well-assisted during the stay. I requested for a non-smoking room and was happy with the one I got. However, since my room located on the same floor with smoking-allowed room, the scent was very strong and we had to hold our breath whenever walking by. Breakfast was okay with Western and Chinese style dishes. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with my stay.

BED BUGS. I was in room 120 and have numerous bites. I've had to throw away the clothes I was travelling with as I don't have access to a washing machine that gets hot enough to kill them. It's my own fault - I did see an earlier review that mentioned them, but since there hadn't been anything recently, I assumed the issue had been fixed. A pity, because otherwise, it's a really lovely hotel. Staff don't speak English so a translator app is needed.

I would recommend it to anyone. Great facilities and rooms for a reasonable price.

Amazing value for money. 24H laundry machine with detergent, and a humble little gym. There's a fridge at the lobby for you to take bottled water whenever you need as well. Counter staff were very pleasant and efficient too. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Chengdu

Stayed 4 days at Jinzhu Hotel (ChengDu Tianfu square). Location and cleanliness satifactory. The hotel provides complimentary washing machines and a dryer, which are good. overall hardwares/facilities acceptable at the paid price. However, it is a mixed bag when come to the overall service provided. Front desk staffs are friendly and professional. However, that cannot be said about the breakfast staffs. Their mentalities seem to stay in the old days of state enterprises. Especially the male waiter in the breakfast room has no basic etiquette at all in a catering/service environment. Another point, came across a few hotel guests smoking openly in the lobby, in the corridors and lifts. Is this hotel worth going back to? probably not.

Its service is well, its equitments good, its price cheap , be very pleased about it!
