這段時間出遊，有幸入住這家酒店，體驗堪稱完美，必須給五星！
入住前就有管家小唐提前聯繫，詢問了枕頭和唱片的喜好，還告知酒店有喜馬拉雅鹽蒸可以去體驗，非常不錯。
剛到酒店，禮賓就熱情地上前迎接，幫忙拿行李，一路引導至前台。前台辦理入住的速度很快，前台還貼心介紹酒店的特色服務與周邊好玩的地方，讓人倍感温暖。
客房佈置盡顯高端與用心。裝修精緻典雅，細節之處彰顯品質。床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺上去就像被雲朵包裹，讓人迅速放鬆。房間的隔音效果極佳，能享受靜謐的休息時光。衞浴設施高端，熱水供應穩定，洗浴用品用的都是歐舒單的，品質上乘，散發著淡雅的香氣。透過窗户，美麗的城市景觀或迷人的自然風光映入眼簾，為住宿增添了不少愜意。
酒店的餐飲服務，是一場令人難以忘懷的美食盛宴。早餐種類豐富得讓人眼花繚亂，在19樓，從中式的熱粥、小籠包，到西式的麪包、煎蛋，每一種都做得極為精緻。餐廳環境優雅，服務人員熱情周到，總是能及時響應客人的需求。而酒店的特色餐廳更是一絕，主打當地的特色菜餚，麪條非常好吃，食材新鮮，烹飪手法獨特。濃郁的香氣便撲鼻而來，品嚐一口，豐富的口感在舌尖上綻放，讓人回味無窮。

出行日期是淡季，check in的時候前台説給升級了帶花園的房間，花園很大，但是感覺也沒什麼用處，房間空間比花園小😂好在有個大大的洗澡池，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。房間有帶行政酒廊下午茶，晚上也有，但是很巧給我碰到吃了一顆發黴的腰果。發現酒廊裏面的食物還不太過關，管理人員要多把控，如果給小孩子吃到，小孩子也不懂。而且酒廊裏面的食物都是一些糖果餅乾堅果飲料。沒有什麼特別的。住過其他酒店行政酒廊晚上還有一些熱菜可以品嚐。但是服務人員態度很友好！走前還要給我送飲料。管家也給我送了小禮物，確實很用心！

非常超預期的一次入住，酒店各種細節都體現出了高品位和高品質，看得出來負責人和團隊們真的費心了。管家小龍很熱情，房間的佈置也很走心。早餐特別好，絕對是碾壓同價位酒店。配套的小童樂園也很贊，小朋友玩了一下午➕一上午，還是意猶未盡，很適合低齡寶寶

房間設施都還不錯，就是酒店大門口不太寬闊，唱片機藍牙模式聊勝於無，半夜投屏突然犯病，除開這些其他還是五星水準，曉濤管家有求必應，多暗都在回覆解決問題，送外賣也是直接人送上來，很不錯。床品也舒服，總之大部分還是比較滿意。
