This is the best hotel ever that we have ever booked. We booked over weekdays and got a free upgrade to a marvellous room! With a large swimming pool in the room. Breakfast was splendid! A lot of options for muslim traveller like us. We didnt eat their chicken and beef. But somedays have salmon. Other protein options was mushroom and eggs and prawn dumpling.

Highly recommended! We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary getaway, and they did made our celebration extra special. We got a cake from them, also decorated our room romantically. Service was perfect, room was huge, clean and just PERFECT. Very family friendly. Food was great. If you want a perfect city and river view, go to this hotel. Cindy was amazing, very professional, friendly and helpful. Most of the staff speak good english if you are a non chinese speaker. They’re very helpful. A fine gentleman down in their lobby area helped us ordered a car. I forgot his name. Thankful we chose this hotel. We are definitely going back here again

This is exelent hotel for family visitors. Yolanda the receptionist was very kind and provide exceptional care for us. Thanks. Indoor playground is spacious and enjoyable. There is a good swimming pool but it's a bit good for children. The stay is pleasant.

Such a wonderful hotel. I stayed there with my parents. The hotel it’s very private. The service is amazing! The restaurant is fantastic!!! The parking duck is must try !!! Me and my parents both had great time in there.

I came back from overseas and transit through Chengdu and stayed in the hotel for a night. Grand new hotel with 5-star facilities. The staff in general are kind. The receptionist named Si Si in particular is very helpful and attentive. I enjoyed having her help and navigation through the hotel. The room is large and quiet, with a nice view over the river. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back again the next time I am in Chengdu.

Hygiene: The room is very clean, almost no dust can be seen. The sheets and quilts are folded very neatly. There is no strange smell, and the whole person feels very refreshed. Before checking in, I told the housekeeper that I have some cleanliness obsession, but I didn't expect that the room would help prepare disinfectant wipes and disposable bathtub covers. It's really considerate, which is a plus for people who value hygiene. Environment: The overall design of the hotel is very new, and it can be seen that the hotel has not been open for a long time. The overall feeling gives people a sense of atmosphere. Entering the wooden door is very stylish decorations and a wall of ceramic flowers. It's super photogenic! The room is a king-size bed room, but the area is not small. The first thing you see when you enter the door is a great record player (there is a sense of comfort at home). The windows in the room are all floor-to-ceiling windows, which are especially beautiful when the sun sets. Service: The housekeeper Cindy called shortly after booking the room, asked some basic requirements, and sent a hotel guide map. You can also choose pillows. When we checked in, we were sent back to the room, smiling and very good throughout the whole process. During the stay, we were also very considerate to ask if we needed anything. Chengdu has been raining from time to time recently, and there are reminders to bring an umbrella when going out, which is really nice. There are many choices of food in the hotel, including Western and Chinese food. The breakfast starts very early and ends late in the morning, which is very friendly to both early and late risers. In short, I highly recommend everyone to stay here, and every employee is very attentive in serving.

Perfect for family outings The hotel is very new and very kid-friendly. The kids love the hotel's own playground. The private bath in the room is also very convenient for kids who love playing in the water. The front desk lady Bonnie is very considerate. Seeing that we have children, she asked the waiter to bring children's supplies and water toys. She responded to all requests. In short, this is the most recommended hotel in Chengdu!
