The front desk manager Cindy was very considerate and took the initiative to invite me to join the membership when checking in. It was a pity that I could not earn points because of the Ctrip booking this time, but she has been introducing the relevant information of the membership to me very professionally. And when she saw that I brought my children, I did not take the initiative to ask, but I heard that she asked other colleagues to prepare children's supplies and guardrails for my room while checking in. It is really rare to encounter such thoughtful service. Thank you very much to Cindy for caring so much about us and recommending some places for us to visit nearby.
